Was originally supposed to be delivered 4am-8 am, didn’t come til around 5/6 pm. Ordered 2 sets of black Mylar alphabet balloons and a “Happy Birthday” letter set. All the letter “B’s were missing from the package. No B for the birthday and I ordered the extra letter specifically for another B for a name. Received 4 letter “C” in the alphabet set and “B” completely missing from the Happy Birthday. Ordered overnight for a party happening tomorrow. Now I have to rush to find separate letters.

For the price these are awesome little balloons. There were enough of each letter to make a pretty specific birthday sign. They held up all night and were easy to blow up with an air machine. They stayed full for a much longer then the party since I blew them up a few days in advance.

After reading the reviews, I was truly worried that I might have issues with the letters. I am pleasantly surprised that all of the letters were present and retained the air.Since I have used similar balloons in the past I didn’t have any trouble blowing them up. I would recommend ordering your set a few days in advance, just in case a letter is missing. It is probably easy for the sender to miss a letter in packaging. Some letters are difficult to distinguish when deflated.

was missing the "b" i didnt read reviews and noticed others had the same issue. other than that they were good quality.

They were a lot bigger than I thought they would be. They were so easy to blow up and set up.
