Great Padlock
I bought this lock to use at the gym. I love that you set your own number and it is very easy to set. It is a great lock that works well for what I need. I am glad that I purchased this and I love that the pink color is a little different than everyone elses locks.

Easy to use.
Easy to set your own code. Easy to read. Dial move easy enough where your not fighting it.You have to have your code entered in order to close the lock. I don't like that but it still works good for a gym locker.It's not the best lock you can buy. But the price is right for the gym.

Good product support, but take care when setting
I bought a two pack. One set correctly, but the other did not and locked up. You must be careful not to scramble the settings after putting in your own code. This is stated but not prominently. Company responded and sent me a new padlock which works well. I am satisfied.

Read the instructions carefully first
I love this lock, it’s perfect. The bright color makes it easy for me to find which locker I used when I come in from the pool with no glasses on. And I don’t need to carry a key into the pool with me. My only caveat is that I read the directions and reset the combination incorrectly. Somehow I was able to figure out how to undo my mistake. But really, that was just shear luck. If you set the combination, wrong, and don’t know what you set, it is impossible to reset the combination. Soooo… read the instructions with care twice or three times before setting it.

Incredible Customer Service
The lock I received would not open. I emailed Zhege customer service. They responded within hours with options to fix. When those didn't work, the mailed me a replacement which I received in less than a week after first contacting them. That is rare !

Après plusieurs semaines très arrosées, le produit ne montre aucun signe d'oxydation. Facile d'utilisation avec des chiffres assez gros, facilité également pour modifier le code. Pour l'instant très satisfait. Un bon point également pour le vendeur. Je recommande.

Efficacité à ne plus prouver
Déjà acheté ce modèle 5 ans avant pour un casier au travail, ça fait parfaitement le job. L’anneau est épais et solide (bon ça ne changera rien avec une pince monseigneur bien sûr) mais ça tient très bien dans la durée, notamment les numéros à faire pivoter. Je recommande.
