Bluetooth perfectly, keeps temps as you set them I purchased the bodega batteries (x2) and a cover for it . I am outside a lot . Though that did not stop the face plate from melting a bit (it needs to be unplugged an cool off some in between uses)contacting support they are responsive and quick to send replacement parts very damn good cooler! Wr bought this cooler because we drive a semi truck and wanted to expand our cold/freezer storage,and I am very glad we did. I would've given it 5 stars, but the plug to the cooler is funny about staying in., as it tends to easily back out.When this happens the app settings need to be reset to your preferences.Other then that, it works as expected and I love the hideaway cutting board.

This is a great addition to any camping trip. No more soggy food and having to replace ice daily. With the power to freeze, you can even enjoy the convenience of having frozen items on hand. We used it for my son’s birthday party at the beach to keep the cold food cold and we even were able to hand out ice cream bars. They have good customer service, too.

Cooler works well, had a problem after 4 years and Bodega was willing to assist. Cooler operates as expected.

Update: New battery only lasted two months. Bodegasaid it will not replace the battery even though it is supposed to have a two year warranty, per their website. The customer service has been awful. I highly recommend you avoid this company, there are better options out there.We purchased this cooler to take to softball tournaments with our daughter. The unit worked well while plugged in even though the instructions on how to operate it was poor, but we eventually figured it out. We purchased a battery pack to go along with the cooler and it never worked properly. It would cool for an hour or two and then give us an F1 error and not work. We contacted customer support MANY times and went through all of their trouble shooting suggestions, but nothing worked. The battery just would not cool the unit for more than an hour or two. We requested to return the battery and get a replacement, but that is when customer service ghosted us after several attempts. This item is a good idea and it is what we are looking for, but I would highly suggest going to another manufacturer as Bodega does not support it's products.Update: Bodega reached out to us after the review and finally replaced the battery which has fixed the issue with the cooler. It now cools for a good 6 hours plus with no issues in our Texas heat. Thank you to Bodega for responding and backing us your products.

I have had this cooler for a couple of months now and it has come in handy multiple times! I feel that it is just the right size for my road trips... I also got the battery for it which has mixed reviews but has been worthwhile in a single trip to Nashville while I primitive camped on the way. It lasted 11 hours when I was only using the large side as a cooler and kept my milk and eggs cool overnight! Used it as a spare fridge over 4th of July week when we had no other room! When I store it in my island at home and have guests, I fill it with drinks! So many uses!

I have had his cooler for a month or so and it works great. I have the 59qt unit. I was trucking when these types of coolers were first made only smaller. What little noise you might hear from the cooler isnt a bad thing its a way to let you know its working.
