The media could not be loaded. I purchased this for travel and emergency use. I expected mediocre. I was pleasantly surprised with this unit. It looks like a thick laptop. The materials are nice. Not luxurious but very nice. The buttons feel solid and not cheap. The remote is fantastic. The quality of picture is very good. Not incredible but very good. Picture and sound are fully customizable. The sound is a bit bland but hey, what do you expect from a portable unit? It’s not much worse than my 42” TV before I ran it through my Stereo system to be honest. It plays a wide range of DVDs and formats and I have confirmed that it will play any region DVD. Playback is smooth. I’m in a remote area blocked by a ridge so over the air TV can be challenging to say the least. I tried the antenna that came with it and it picked up four channels and then I bought a pair of Phillips rabbit ears off Amazon and it got eight channels. I’m sure with an outdoor antenna. I could do much better but it’s raining today so I’m not going to test that. I’m very happy with what I got. There’s no pixelating and picture quality is once again very good. This I it has an HDMI port and AV in/out to hook up other audio/video equipment or to send out the signal to a stereo/tv. Really nice features to have. Overall, this was a solid by. I’ve been running it off batteries for a couple hours with no issue. It takes about seven or eight hours to charge it. I definitely recommend this unit but if you do plan to use it as a TV, I would most definitely get a better antenna to supplement the one it comes with.

I got this because the buttons are wearing out on my bedroom dvd. This player arrived I’m perfect condition. All the part present. It’s sleek, and has a Matt finish with hides all the fingerprints. Easy to start using right out of the box. It scanned and picked up lots of channels. It has a remote too. The picture is very bright and clear. I’ve had dvd players before, screens weren’t very bright. This one is like watching my other tv. I just received it so I can’t speak about the longevity of it but today, I’m very happy with my purchase. I’ll be glad to come back and update. I also can’t speak about the internal battery. I’ll add that to my later update.UPDATE 2/10/24; this player is working perfectly. I have it hooked up to my roof antenna. I pick up all the local free tv channels. The dvd works perfectly also. I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I play it every evening. Very happy with this dvd/tv player.

It’s great you can get like 40 channels if you buy one of those flat antenna things. However it says 16.5 inches one place, 15 inches in another place and it is actually only 14 inches. That doesn’t sit well with me so I took off one star.

This is the second portable TV/DVD player I've purchased. The other bought 10 years ago did not have an HDMI Port for a Firestick or Roku.This FEIHE TV/DVD Unit is superlative in every way with the quality of sound, picture, playback ease of operation, and the provided antenna reception incredible. I purchased this set because my former portable combo did not have an HDMI connection. I can now use a Firestick or Roku in addition to the antenna, something also new to me. It has all the bells and whistles of a compact 1st class TV and DVD playerI couldnt be happier. The clarity in the picture and in the sound could not be better!Everything from sleep timer, to auto volume, surround sound, auto sync and on time is included. All controlled either manually or via remote.I live on the coast where we are prone to hurricanes. Staying informed with these inclement weather conditions and catastrophic storms or on the road is important. Often losing power, having the option to have the vehicle as a power source is important. Either at home or on the road in an emergency having this TV is very important. As a camper what could be better than checking out the local news, weather and current events in the evening or catch a dvd or music cd for an evening of entertainment.It is well worth the price as you get ... allot of bang for your buck! If you're shopping for a portable TV/DVD you can't go wrong here.

It would not work for some reason. I sent it back. Bought a different one. It works very good. Thanks Amazon. Return was so easy at Whole Food's store.

Great picture, easily portable, like others have said buy a better antenna, play around with location and placement to catch signals. I had no trouble getting 68+ the dash channels with a clear picture, the sound is good. Purchased for my son’s dorm, he raves about it so got one for home. Easily could be your only TV, for counter/tabletop or side table. It’s the size of a full sized laptop. The battery life is ok, we normally leave it plugged up but it’s portable. The screen rotates. There’s a HDMI, USB, headphone and audio in/out ports. Has taken and played all DVD’s even recorded.But...after having it for 7 months the very first thing that stop working early on with both was the remote, even with fresh batteries it just stopped working, never been dropped, it’s still in one piece. None of the buttons respond, it just doesn’t work at all. The second thing seems to be a software issue, it started automatically going to voice descriptions for the blind. You have to go through the menu and submenu to turn it off which is a pain with no remote and if you change channels you have to do it again. Second thing that happened is it automatically changes to Spanish language broadcasting during sports games, the announcers sound vibrant but I don’t understand and also you have to go through the menu to cut it off. One of the buttons is beginning to get slow to respond, surely it will stop soon. It’s never been dropped or mishandled. Overall am satisfied with the product, the picture is great and it can get loud, easily heard from other rooms with the volume up. Would be a good gift for people with limited space, if you on the go & don’t want to miss a show, for presentations or for seniors. We use it daily, was worth the purchase even with the annoyances.
