Bulk L-Alanine Powder, 500 g

I suffer from reactive hypoglycaemia and this has helped tremendously. I stir it into a class of diluted cordial & take right before a meal. It doesn’t taste bad (aftertaste is bit like artificial sweetener), but if you put it in orange & pineapple flavour cordial you can’t notice the taste at all. Good quality product. Will definitely repurchase. Has really helped improve my quality of life.

Tastes real, good product

This has no flavour but the tiniest of skoops, provides a definite kock, ideal for training. The common side effect of body tingling is present but you get a good surge of energy thus causing extra effort for training. Extra effort is maximising gains or fitness. At least consider it?

Loved the first pack, it tasted very pure and earthy. However, the pack o received this week has a weird sweetened vanilla taste to It? Did you change the recipe?

I use this on my animals food (Iguanas, bearded dragon and feeder insects for Chameleon). And it's great stuff! Certainly helped them eat more and put on a bit of weight, especially after breeding season with the iguanas.Can't really help about how it's a good product for humans as I have only used on animals, but would recommend for anyone looking for bee pollen for certain lizards/tortoises

great item... it doesn't taste horrible although it makes a spirulina drink mix with water look like pondscum. it relieves the awful tast of spirulina. sweet on its own and strange texture... I mix with soinach powder, spirulina powder and energy b vit mix for a real power punch of nutrients and my skin is clearing up and my post surgery recovery is going well. I follow with apple cider vinegar with the mother and water. have a great day x

Bought this to encourage my dragon to eat his veg but it hasn't worked hence only one star.

I bought this in the hope that I could use it to help with my hay fever symptoms... the instructions on the packet say mix one scoop well with 100ml oF water but no matter how I try the pollen doesn’t mix into the water... it just floats on the top and gets everywhere. I think it could be added to foods or porridge for example or maybe even blended into a smoothie but with water it’s impossible. I plan to switch back to pollen tablets. Also the flavour of this is really bad!

Ich habe mir das Glycin gekauft, da der Körper bei manchen Krankheiten einen erhöhten Bedarf hat und ich es einfach einmal antesten wollte.Insbesondere Darmerkrankungen sind hier zu nennen.Glycin selbst ist eigentlich in vielen Lebensmittel vorhanden, daher ist es bei Personen mit einem normalen Stoffwechsel eigentlich recht sinnlos diese isolierte Aminosäure zu sich zu nehmen.Das Glycin ist vergleichsweise günstig, löst sich gut auf und schmeckt süßlich gut.(Pures Glycin ist von haus aus süßlich)Einen Effekt konnte ich bei mir leider keinen feststellen.Ich empfehle einen Aminosäure Check vorher zu machen und wenn eine Unterversorgung klar ist, ist das Produkt weiterzuempfehlen.

Die positive Wirkung des Supplements ist vermutlich nicht spürbar, wenn man es nicht regelmäßig über längeren Zeitraum verwendet. Ich bilde mir ein, leichte Effekte zu spüren, kann aber auch Placebo sein. Von daher fairerweise: Schwer zu beurteilen bislang, aber das liegt eher an meiner Verwendungszeitspanne und nicht am Produkt. Daher: Vier Sterne und ein zuversichtliches Gefühl.
