This is a premium configuration. It will upgrade to Windows 11. It has a solid feel, the chassis is quality made. This can be purposed for home, school or small office use. This comes with WiFi 6 which means you will need to upgrade your router or AP to take advantage of it. After 3 months I am extremely happy with with this laptop and the purchase.

Very danger product!!
My charger exploded for no reason at all. It was extremely dangerous. You can't be selling something this unsafe! Since it is renewed, nobody will take responsibility—embarrassing.

I'm pleased with this laptop.
So far so good. Upgraded to Win11. Battery is ok. Looks great. Gets a tad hot but nothing concerning. Value is great.

Awesome laptop!
Laptop received was like new. way faster than most laptop I've owned before. I'm sure it can handle any software with it's Intel i7 and 32gb ram. very satisfiedwith this laptop.

Pretty darn good!
Well i'll start by saying besides a little dimple size dent on the very edge, and one of the usb ports keep glitching from time to time. It's perfect, besides i use the C-ports anyways. This laptop is near flawless. I would give this five stars, but the USB glitching brought down to 4 stars. still a great buy!

Don’t order from them
I have order refurbish computers from multiple company’s. This company is the worst the laptop initially worked. I used it light to read emails and that’s about it. Then it was the holiday season and I didn’t use the computer during that time. Today I went to turn it on the computer and it won’t turn on. Tried to contact support and it went to voicemail. I wasted hundreds of dollars on a brick.

This laptop is doing everything I need it to do.
I do most of my computing on an iPad, but there are certain things that require a PC, such as updating the software and maps in my Garmin GPS units. The quick-start guide was very helpful and in less than half an hour the computer was up and running. Very happy with this purchase!

Nice laptop
Exactly as advertised. I upgraded to Windows 11pro, and bumped it up to 64 gig of ram (2 x 32). I run several virtual machines at a time on it and it handles the extra load very well.I would purchase this machine again if I had to.
