Tastes disgusting.
We excitedly pumped the foam on to my boys toothbrushes and I waited for their reaction. My youngest didn't even try it as it smelt like soap and my eldest battled through with a funny look on his face. I then tried it and it tastes foul. Like hand-wash had been put in the farming tube. Definitely do not recommend unless you've got pica and are wanting the taste of hand-wash in your mouth.
