Bright and Long Lasting
This is my third Luci light and the reason I keep buying them is because they are so reliable, durable, long lasting, and BRIGHT. I keep them in my van for camping, car for emergencies, my backpacking backpack, and one in my house for power outages. They are lightweight enough to take on weeklong backpacking trips and bright enough to light up my entire campsite when I’m camping. The charging port is perfect for charging my phone during power outages and while off the grid. Highly recommend!

This is great
I'm building a back packing kit so of course I ran to reddit where I was recommended these inflatable lamps (im poor so i got the base camp one but its surprisingly nice). Waterproof, bright, and lightweight. They have a fun little green light so you can find the button to turn it on in the dark and three light settings: low, med, high, and help. Love that the snappy strap is clear so it doesn't obstruct the solar panel. Bonus: it smells like a pool floaty if you're into that and it's big enough for me at least that I can snuggle it while I sleep on my side so I don't wake up with shoulder pain

Good but unable to fully charge with solar
Pleased with this produce. Light is good with multiple settings. I could leave it on low all night and still charge a cell phone. It charges fully by USB. I left it out for days and it did not get a full charge with the solar panel, but it was still a good option to have if there were no other options available. Nice that it is waterproof and floats.

Didn't work and never refunded.
First, I had used Luci lights from the day they were available and loved them. However, I ordered this lite and tried charging it several time. The light comes on to APPEAR it is charging, but it's not. I contacted the company and they asked me to do some testing...and I did. Still no light. I contacted them again and they told me to SEND A VIDEO of the problem. REALLY, I am a professional gear reviewer and I don't have time to help THEM figure out their problem after paying $46 for it????? ALL reputable companies simply exchange the product. I also ordered other lights from them and they worked. So I am not slamming the product, but the customer service department who obviously has NO sense of customer service. I never heard back after taking the time to send the video. If anyone from the company reads this, I hope you will assist and respond to me. Otherwise, when I lecture on gear, Luci will be omitted from the talk and before, I raved about them.

Very Nice solar light
This was much larger, and even more quality than I expected when I purchased. I really like that the light is warm, and that the sides of the Lucy light are now made with a clouding that doesn’t let the light irritate your eyes, and you don’t see the steam from your breath in the inflatable section. Cool that this one comes with a charging feature as well. Excited to use this overseas. Would be super great for campers as well.

Will only charge from USB-A source, disappointed. VERY bright for the size, also a bit heavier.
Edit : the light will NOT charge from any USB-C source, it must be USB-A source. I used a type C cable on a type C charger - no charging. Using that same cable, I connected a type A adapter on the same charger, and it worked. This is a huge detractor for me, as it is advertised as charging from USB-C. Changing rating to 2 stars as a result.== Original review ==I have 2 other lights (another MPOWERD, one from LumenAID), this is by far the brightest but also the heaviest. For my needs, I was looking for a brighter option so I'm find with the extra weight. The dome is easy to blow up, but the valve seems a bit oversized and therefore a bit awkward. I haven't quite figured out how to collapse the light for packing without the valve either sticking out or keeping the dome from sitting flat. I like that it is a frosted dome. My other MPOWERD light is clear, and that makes the dome a bit pointless. The buttons are easy to press, and cycling through the light options is easy enough. Two issues here - the LED battery indicator is very difficult to see in daylight. Yes, the purpose of the light is to be used in the dark, but you also need to see those LEDs to know the charge status. Also, there is a faint green light that always seems to be on, even in complete darkness. I believe this is the solar charge indicator, but it shouldn't be indicating that it is charging in complete darkness. It may not be a noticeable draw on the battery over the course of a week, but it does seem to indicate that there is a power leak somewhere in the electronics. I'm taking the light on a backpacking trip in two weeks, so I'll have a better idea if this is something concerning. I have a solar panel for charging and an extra light if there is an issue.I am rating as 4 stars rather than 5 stars for those 3 reasons:- awkward valve- green LED always on- charge status LEDs too dim to see in daylight.I agree, those are pretty minor. If you want a super bright and reasonably priced light, don't hesitate on this light. If the "perfect light" is your goal, this MAY be your option, but just look around first.

Just buy it!!!
I absolutely love this thing! I had an old luci light that I bought in a campground trading post in 2013 and I just now replaced it. (The old one still works, but I've deemed it in more than retire-ready condition lol). This light has been with me on a few trips now, and I must first say that I appreciate the warm yellow LED wayyy more than the stark white ones of past models. Plus the fact that it has a built in phone charger is a huge comfort in case you need it. I've hung it in my tent for main lighting in temps from 14F to the mid 80s' and so far, so good.In day to day life, I like to plop it in the rear window of my car and it soaks up the sun there keeping it's battery full. The battery life is absolutely great! I left it on low in my tent for about 7 hours while away, and when I came back, not a single indicator dot had gone down. Do yourself a favor, and simply get one for yourself. Not only are you supporting a good product and renewable resources, you're supporting a good company that actually helps the communities it claims.
