I have had this TQ-22 Digital Mixer for almost a year now, and I actually like it. It is quite frankly an excellent mixer, BUT...However, with that said, there are several things that, YOU MUST KNOW, BEFORE, You even think about buying TQ-22 Digital Mixer.#1. When I got this device, it came with an AC power cord, a WIFI wireless adapter, a Bluetooth adapter, a very extensive, if not well written user’s manual, it is after all from China, and they aren't really that good at translating to English language, syntax, or vernacular, as we all well know, from the experience of countless Christmases, and birthdays trying to put together gifts, and furniture with crappy instructions (a statement of fact, not a biased comment). All in a big box, with the mixer in a bag, with a frame of Styrofoam holding it in place.#2. The TQ-22 Digital Mixer did NOT however come with a serial number, either on the outside o the box, or inside the box, or ANYWHERE on the mixer. If you want more pictures to show those facts, I can make those available as well, even though You can see for yourself with the picture the seller has provided where they have it listed either on Amazon, or at the makers web site, or the US sellers web site ProSoundGear-Com. This lack of a serial number was actually, quite strange to me as my "PYLEPRO' also in a couple of the pictures, right beside this mixer, has an extremely EASY TO FIND serial Number Emblazoned on the back side with a, VERY VISIBLE sticker. BTW that PYLEPRO is also a VERY OUTSTANTDING mixer, and I MOST DEFINTELY, and HEARTILY recommend that you buy it if you are looking for a cheaper, yet very excellent mixer. This lack of a serial number actually is, a HUUUGE problem too...#3. As I already mentioned, this TQ-22 Digital Mixer does come with a very extensive, and if NOT perfectly written, VERY understandable Instru8ction Manual, which they call a "Reference Manual". Yes, you will probably need to reference it from time to time, however, it would be better called an Instruction Manual (Yes, I know, I know, I'm nit picking, but I did pay almost ($2000.00) two-thousand dollars for this mixer, so I believe that I have that right, and privilege. Especially after everything that I've have had to go through, over this mixer. While STILL, NOT, getting My original issue/problem resolved at all.#4. The main issue/problem On page (1) one Chapter (1) one of the Instruction manual, the very (1st) first thing that the TQ-22 Digital Mixer maker tells You to do "BEFORE USING THE TQ-22 Digital Mixer, PLEASE TAKE SOME MOMENTS TO VISIT WEBSITE AND REGISTER YOUR TQ-22 Digital Mixer. AFTER REGISTRATION YOU CAN:" [EMPHASIS ADDED]"· Download the latest available firmware version of TQ-22, install the latest functions for your mixer, or optimize and upgrade the performance." [This is word for word, and what I mean about bad English language, and syntax]"· Timely receive the latest update notice.""· Obtain the relevant member favorable convenience, understand about the latest product pulse and the support you will probably obtain." [AGAIN, this is word for word, and what I mean about bad English language, and syntax, I'm not exactly sure what this bullet point means but, I'm guessing it means that You will be able to get the support for the mixer, that You may need]AND FINALLY..."You can also obtain the related application knowledge and technique, find out video and other tools to help you easily and pleasantly use the TQ-22 Digital Mixer." [Again, poorly written, but relatively understandable, if you spend time trying to figure out what they are trying to say, I feel bad for people that just cannot grasp this horrible syntax, usage of the English language]***** Well, suffice it to say, this is a complete, and utter load of garbage, and is MOST DEFINITELY NOT TRUE IN THE LEAST. *****#5 I have been to both the Chinese website, and the United States website, and they do have an advertisement, with LOTS of pretty pictures, of and, for the TQ-22 Digital Mixer, =they even allow you to purchase the mixer on both websites as well. Yet, no matter how hard You search, and I have searched EXTENSIVELY on the website. All you will find, is a downloadable copy of the TQ-22 Digital Mixer Instruction Manual, which unless You lost it, or they never sent it, which could happen, though that thankfully did not happen to Me... As well as links to the IOS, and Android Apps NOT Microsoft Windows (which would be greatly appreciated, and helpful). BUT NO UPDATES FOR THE TQ-22 Digital Mixer, whatsoever, NOR is there ANYWHERE AT ALL on this website to register this TQ-22 Digital Mixer.#6 I spent countless HOURS, and days conversing here at AMAZON with someone at PSG Audio the Seller, and I'm guessing original designer of this TQ-22 Digital Mixer, I'm guessing down in Florida, to no avail. After days of a USELESS back and, forth where they at PSG AUDIO DEMANDED that I give them a serial number from the TQ-22 Digital Mixer that I purchased, which does not have a serial number, as I already stated above. So that they can send me a link to I'm guessing, a NON-EXISTENT Update for the TQ-22 Digital Mixer that I own and have been trying to acquire for almost a year now. Finally, after the daily back and forth for several days over. They FINALLY realize that ALL that I want is a simple update for the TQ-22 Digital Mixer that I own, and that I'm NOT trying to return the TQ-22 Digital Mixer that I own, though after all of this I'd really love to have that option. Since I really believe that I , and anyone that did buy this TQ-22 Digital Mixer is being played, because there are NO updates, for this TQ-22 Digital Mixer, which was one of the MAIN selling points for me to buy this particular mixer, as opposed to another one that was just a smidge more expensive, and had a few more bells, and whistles.#7 This TQ-22 Digital Mixer did come with a piece inside the mixer that is rattling around inside, and has since I got the mixer. However, simply because I have no serial number for the mixer, because there wasn't a serial number provided, I cannot get fixed, and was unable to return in the first place aftwer I discovered it, when I came back from a vacation in Florida that was literally hell, and never actually happened because I get stranded in North Carolina for a couple of months. A totally different story, but related, because I didn't discover any of these things until AFTER, I got back home, LONG after I had actually planned on. I only mention this, because You are only able to return to Amazon within (30) thirty days of receipt of what You purchase, and this TQ-22 Digital Mixer was delayed for some reason, so I only received the TQ-22 Digital Mixer, mere hours before I left on My trip. So, I had No Idea about ANY of these issues (2) two months later.I am as of now, and then still quite upset that they lied about the Updates, and that when I asked for help, all I have gotten is the proverbial run around, about a nonexistent serial number, which had NOTHING to do with getting an update for the TQ-22 Digital Mixer, which I know at least (1) one of which does exist, because I have seen it referenced in different places around the internet. Also, the only videos of this TQ-22 Digital Mixer are ALL in foreign languages, such as Spanish, and Chinese, neither of which am I fluent enough in, to understand a single thing, about which they are talking. I am myself a content creator and would have been more than willing to have made an English-speaking video about the TQ-22 Digital Mixer, which I still might do just because I do those things, and a video about this TQ-22 Digital Mixer should be made available, in English. Showing both the good and bad about the unit, and how to use it. As you can see, I have it for several reasons, not the least of which is broadcasting My show, and making music, amongst other reasons, including piping sound throughout My home, and outside.Had the company been forthright about the updates. I would have given a much better review, a lot sooner, and made an English video for them, and registering the TQ-22 Digital Mixer. However, they have NOT been forthright at all. PSG Audio has been outright rude, and refuses to back up their product which costs almost ($2000.00) two-thousand dollars, after taxes, and a warranty that I bought along with the unit that I may NOT be able to use because they claim that there is a serial number, that was NEVER EVER put on the TQ-22 Digital Mixer to begin with. No, I am QUITE dissatisfied with customer help, and support for this TQ-22 Digital Mixer. Though I do like the TQ-22 Digital Mixer. Yet, it would be quite nice to be able to update.BTW PSG Audio, did finally realize that all I wanted was an update for the machine, and I was told that they would pass Me off to the appropriate ("concerned") department to be given the information that I need. That was (6) six days ago, and have YET to get any answer, or message from that department, if it indeed exists. It is my belief that my request has actually been relegated to the proverbial circular file, and that their last message was to just appease me.PLEASE do yourself a solid, and DON'T buy this TQ-22 Digital Mixer, which is a great mixer, but the PSG-Audio seller will NOT support the device, no matter what it seems. So please don't fall into this trap, the same way that I have.

Good Quality!!
I recently visited PSG AUDIO to purchase the TQ-22, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the features of the TQ-22, highlighting its quality sound and versatility for both beginners and experienced musicians. The store has a fantastic selection of instruments and equipment, and the layout made it easy to browse. I appreciated the opportunity to test the TQ-22 before buying, and I was impressed by its rich tones and user-friendly interface. The staff even offered helpful tips on maximizing its potential. Overall, PSG AUDIO exceeded my expectations with their excellent customer service and product quality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for musical instruments, especially the TQ-22. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases!

Nice!
This thing is awesome for the price vs features it has. I was in charge of picking a new console for our church (small church) that would give us room to grow into and allow us to have more channels than our old analog board. These seem to be the go-to console for small and medium sized churches on a budget that can't afford (or need) a $10K+ console. I looked into other consoles as well, like the and some others in this category, and the PSG AUDIO TQ-22 beat out the rest in usually more than one category when I compared price, channel count, flexibility, program ability, digital expansion, and other miscellaneous features. These easily compares with consoles costing 2-3x the price. While I had to get a replacement unit on my initial order due to damage to the console that I assume happened during shipping (case was cracked when first unboxed). Amazon sent a new one 2-day shipping, and without requiring the original one to be sent back until after the new one arrived. Both units seemed to operate fine, but I didn't want to keep a damaged device that cost this much in case there were warranty issue down the road. I would highly recommend this console if you are in the market and would buy again. I can't find too many downsides to the device so far after about 3-4 weeks of use.The layout is rather intuitive, with only a few things that took some research to figure out (like some of the routing options). The plus on these is that there are TONS of YouTube video's out there to help get you up to speed on the features and use of these consoles quickly. Plus there are several online wiki's and resources to also help out with some of the finer details of things, so most answers can be found with a quick google search. I watched many of videos to get familiar with it prior to arriving, and by the time it came, felt up to speed. I spent about a 2 weeks with it at my house getting to know the ins and outs of the board before installing it. Ran first "show" without a hitch after putting it into action at our Church. With the it's in, if you are a small church it may seem like overkill, but that's one of the best features. It gives you more than enough to grow into vs spending the same amount on a console that you might outgrow in a couple years. On the full sized TQ-22, you get 6 easily assignable mute groups, as well as 12 quick access assignable FX controls (I think these are missing on the Compact & Producer?). Technically you can assign the FX controls to do much more than just adjust the FX params, but this seems to be the default and best way to quickly assign a rotary knob or push button to adjust an assigned parameter on one of the FX slots. For instance, you set a rotary knob to be dedicated to control reverb delay time for effect slot 1. Or you can assign a push button to be a "tap" input for a stereo delay effect, so you can tap the button to the beat of the music and the delay time will adjust to match. Very flexible and cool, and keeps you from having to dive into the "Effects" menu once you have your effects setup the way you want. Again, you can also assign these buttons to do other functions as well, for instance a rotary knob can be programmed to adjust the effects return channel of the board, so you don't have to flip the faders over to a different page to bring up/down an effects channel level. Another nice feature is the 8 assignable DCA channels, that can control multiple channels simultaneously. You can program a fader for all vocal , and another for all Band channels, and once you have the individual channels mixed, you can use just the 2 DCA channels to adjust the relative level of the vocals vs. band. The are endless with this, and makes things nice. A lot of people use it for things like drum sets, where they have 3-6 mics covering all the drum elements. Once all the relative levels of the individual drum elements are adjusted, you can assign all the drum channels to a single DCA, and then use a single fader to raise/lower the whole drum kit and have it keep the relative individual mix in-tact while doing so. Yes you could do this with a bus as well, but by using a DCA, you don't have to use up a bus. There are 8 normal busses
