Great laptop. I like it a lot. Very thin and lightweight... I just wish that the battery life would be better. In almost a year with it, a couple times if I move it, it freezed dont know why.

I have had this laptop for 9 months now. I dont like to review electronics until I can fully evaluate them past the "new and shiny" stage. For my purposes it works flawlessly. I am still learning Windows 11 and still use my old Windows 10 laptop also. I like the speed and how light it is. I take it when I travel anywhere. I started out years ago in the Dell world and switched to HP, Toshiba, Samsung due to the proprietary issues I had with Dell. I dont even know if they still work that way. I am on my 8th or 9th laptop over the years. Had some super slow ones, had a Chromebook but this one suits my purposes easily.I am very pleased with it. I live in a semi techy world in my house. I try to post reviews frequently just to help other people. At my age it has to be medium simple. Alexa, Eufy security cameras, Blink cameras (altho quit buying them when they started charging per month per camera) but my old ones are 4 years old and still working fine AND no charge.

Performs great with little to no lag, easy to transport, light weight and the sound quality is superb! Took very little time to setup, battery stays charged very well, great value for the money!

Used this laptop for 3 months, horizontal lines starting appearing. I spent over 20 hours over numerous nights talking to techs as they tried everything to resolve the issue. They determined it was a software issue and had me send it in. The repair center called, they put a new operating system on it but couldn't replicate the issue so they sent it back with a letter saying it was being sent back unrepaired because it was damaged and no longer under warranty! I spoke with my 2nd case mgr. he said I could take it to a service center and they would reimburse me for the repairs, or send it back to them. I asked for a loaner so I didn't go another month+ w/o a laptop, he said I would need to provide my CC info for collateral! They don't stand behind their product.

Our 8-year-old premium laptop's keyboard is still better than this one's new.
