just installed it and used it. very warm. I am having pain in my finger joints and wrist. Feel much better after 30 min treatment. The only complain I have about this product is that the manual is not very clear. So far I still do not understand what the first step in the manual is. The package contains two extra pieces of rubber which confused me, since I tried to install them and do not know where to install. If the manual lists what is included in the package, and mark them as extra, that would be helpful.

Purchased this for my parent - they use it regularly. They swear by it. I've used it seldomly but feel it helps with the healing process. Takes soreness away from torn rotator cuff injury. It's worth it.

Warms great without an issue. It’s a bit wobbly for holding a hot light bulb though. Also unless you have it at the highest setting, there is a high pitched ring from the reduced energy going into the bulb.

Great heat output, comparable to a constant heating pad. This plus a good stretch is 10 out of 10.
