The customer service was outstanding, I had some issues in the beginning. The customer service I dealt with was thorough and helpful. I am very pleased with my purchase and will recommend them in the future.

Pieced together and mismatched package here, broke upon setup and seller was completely useless.
My order arrived with two mismatched monitors. One would assume that when ordering a PC with two monitors you would want two matching screens but I guess not. The two monitors are different in several ways including how they show colors which is pretty annoying.By far the largest issue is that they use different mounts and have different stands so they can't be mounted at the same height or angle. In fact, one of my monitors is fixed and the other has an adjustable angle.Even after purchasing a separate dual monitor mount there wasn't enough adjustment to account for the difference in the monitors so i'm not able to even have them side by side at the same height.Worse than that is the screen burn-in pictured on one monitor (used) and a bar code sticker stuck directly to the screen itself that was extremely hard to remove and likely also damaged the screen upon removal.The two monitors also have different cable hookups and I had to use one display port and one HDMI. After I plugged in the display port cable (that came with the PC) I had to remove it 5 minutes later to reroute the cables. When I unplugged the cable the actual display port itself came out of the back of the computer!I contacted the seller about all of these issues and after a back and forth their "best" offer was a $10 refund which is completely unacceptable. I would return this but I already tore down the machine that this one replaced and installed my company's software onto this machine. Basically i'm stuck with it. I would highly recommend that you do not purchase from this seller, I certainly won't again!

Super Impressive Tech Support!
Tech Magnet is the support for this product and what a great experience when I called for assistance. Usually I find support services to be useless but this was completely the opposite, could not have solved my technical issue without help from them!

Tricky mouse.
Love it. Just remember the mouse and keyboard connector are in the mouse before you put the batteries in.
