These are decent Grip Strengthener's that have an adjustable tension and good for working on increasing the strength of your grip. I've always been quite skinny, with very small wrists and forearms, and recently I have joined a gym and noticed that my wrist strength is appalling. So I decided to invest in this hand grip strengthener, and I have to say it is working absolute wonders. Just within a week of using it, I have noticed considerable wrist and forearm strength improvements, that is translating to better strength in all my other lifts in the gym now. It really is an incredible device.A few of my friends own a hand grip strengthener, however none of theirs compares to this one. This one is super easy to adjust how much resistance you are using, and the grip on it is very firm so that your hand doesn't slip around when using it, unlike a lot of my friend's ones.

These have helped with my grip strength greatly, being back at the gym has helped in lifting weights.

My forearms feel so strong when I use this,It has different settings up to 60kg, if you continue to use it alot, your forearms will start to feel so much stronger than before,I would recommend this to anyone.

Broke in the first use, falling apart in the hand. It was clear that it hadn’t been assembled correctly. When reassembled properly it works fine, but very poorly made.

Thought I’ll try theses as they at a good price.Easy to use and adjust the strength setting. Been doing 5 mins In morning and at night after 8 days I can slowly see the difference.

Both items broke after about 2 or 3 weeks of moderate usage (twice a day , 100 reps).With the spring strength set to about 80% of its capability:1- First hand grip became unusable after nut which has special nip for spring to attach, it broke straight off.2- Second hand grip failed a week later, the plastic handle just broke off near the hinge.
