Super quality, easy to assemble, done by myself. Only thing that needs inprovement is storage usage mechanism. They should atleast make the top of storage where mattress is kept as 2 parts instead of 4, that ways it becomes more convenient to lift

I was waiting for at least six months to pass before writing a review, since it’s hard to tell the quality of the bed without having used it heavily.Happy to say that the bed is holding up very well, looks exactly like the photos and is of very good quality.The dimensions described are exact, and the quilted headboard looks soo pretty!!

I bought 2 queen size beds but to be honest the delivery was smooth with very good packaging and on call support from the seller. The product was delivered in 3 boxes for each unit and trust me once I opened the packaging I was very satisfied with the quality of the product for the price it was sold during the great indian festival. After the installation it looked even better and the best part is that it has 3 centre support through the length of the bed which wasn't visible in the product display page but added to my buying experience. For the price, I would definitely recommend this particular design of the bed and one who is looking for a sturdy, stable and good looking bed with a minimum budget must go for it without a second thought.

Worst product I ever bought from AMAZON!!!I am incredibly disappointed with both the bed I purchased and the seller’s complete lack of support. I bought the bed two months ago, and after assembling it, the fittings were clearly too loose. When I raised the issue, the seller’s carpet installer just brushed it off, claiming everything would be fine once the mattress was in place. Unfortunately, this was far from the case. The bed is now making loud, persistent noise with even the slightest movement.I reached out to the seller multiple times, and while they initially answered my call, they never followed up after I performed their suggested checks. Since then, they have ignored every attempt to contact them. I even contacted Amazon customer support, but they told me they couldn’t assist because it’s a seller-managed product.I’m now stuck with a bed that’s practically unusable, and the seller is unresponsive and unhelpful. I’ve wasted a significant amount of money on this product, and I strongly advise others to avoid this seller at all costs. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I feel completely unsupported.
