Caltric Carburetor Compatible with Honda Trx250Ex Trx 250Ex Sportrax 250 2001-2005 with Throttle Cable

For my 2002 honda ex 250 and it was a perfect fit. It came put together, with new throttle cable. I kept it the way it was and ran the new throttle line. Quad fired right up after sitting for 10 years. Made one minor adjustment on the carb screw and it idles perfect.

I am very impressed with the quality of this carb compared to the OEM given how cheap it is relative to the OEM. I just installed mine this morning so I may have to write another review in 6 months to check in, but first impression was excellent.Quality. Easy install. Fired right up. No issues. The only thing I'd say, is make sure you hold onto the 2x 10mm nuts that held your old carb on, because even though this comes preassembled and ready with all o-rings and gaskets etc, it does not come with new nuts for install. If you don't have the old ones, get some of these too so you'll have them for the install. No biggy.

I have a 2002 klx250ex I measured and remedied the inlet, engine and mounting studs finally decided on this one. It fit right on and everything fit just right. Then I started it right up and the quad runs great. I think I will order the petcock for the fuel tank I should have ordered that at yhe same time I have a dirty screen.

Worked great after I reduced the fuel line coming into the carb. Throw away the fuel filter, it doesn't allow fuel too pass thru.

This carb is an exact fit for my 2005 Honda trx250. Plug and play. Had to adjust the idle, that’s it. The bike has never run this good.

I bought this for a 2002 Honda TRX250. It was my sons old ATV and had been sitting for about 10 years. I took the original carb apart and cleaned it thoroughly, rebuilt it with a carb kit and reinstalled it. But it just would idle right. After taking it apart a bunch of times I decided to look for a replacement carb. I found this on Amazon and the price was great. I figured if it didn't work then there was nothing lost because it was cheap.It bolted right up and came with a new throttle cable. The ATV started up and after a little adjustment went right into an idle. My nephew has been riding the ATV for a couple months now with no problems.
