I was able to put this together by myself fairly easily. Just one part would have been easier with 2 people. Directions were clear and uncomplicated. It looks good. It’s sturdy, but rattan does not seem incredibly durable. It’s comfortable. I’ve already used it in multiple frame positions and it’s easy to adjust between them. I bought a cover for it that fell off during a storm. The cushions are great at water resistance.

Easy to assemble. The quality seems good so far. The cushions are a bit firm but comfortable. The drink fold-out goes a little beyond 90 degrees, but it holds a drink just fine. The hydraulics will probably last a long while. Overall I’m very satisfied with the purchase!

Arrived packaged well in two boxes. Fairly easy to assemble. Follow the instructions and only tighten the screws 50% during assembly then go back and tighten fully after you get everything aligned. Frame and rattan is well made. Seat cushions could use a higher quality foam. Starting to lose shape after a few uses so we will likely replace the foam. Cushion covers well made and have a zipper. Seat cushions slide off any time you recline which we saw in the reviews. We attached a piece of wood to the frame using stainless steel screws, painted it to match the rattan and it works perfectly to keep the cushions in place. See second picture. We covered the 2 throw pillows that came with the loveseat with new pillow covers to give them pop of color. Size16X16 replacement covers work well. Pop up tables on either side work well and are very functional to hold drinks, phone, etc. Overall, very happy with this purchase for the price. Would recommend. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the modifications we had to make.

I love the options that allow for various angles of the back. I have been able to use my deck as an extension of home to sleep, relax, read or chat.It is a bit of a struggle to put together and needs occasional retightening of the screws. Opening and closing the door on the bottom seems to loosen the screwsVery comfortable

We've tried several different couch and chair sets for our outdoor movie theater. This is by far the best. It's really comfortable. With the use of another cover they have stayed dry and perfectly red in central Texas weather.The extendable tables are great when you have it in "bed" mode. The dogs love it in bed mode because they can actually join us. Don't hesitate, buy it.Set-up was fairly easy. I'm not good at building but my husband is an engineer, so he obviously didn't read the directions and cursed a few times. He did figure it out and we were done in roughly an hour and half.I never take deck furniture with when we move but I will be taking this to our next home!

Was able to store pool toys,towels, cushions are thick, color was perfect, extremely sturdy, I read ppl complained about cushions not staying, I put velcro on the back cushion stopped the cushion from sliding. Won’t be disappointed with this product!

I put it together alone and it was not that difficult but the directions are not the best and so had to figure some things out.First, my parts #5 and #7 were swapped in the numbered bags but it was easy to see the small one was not going to fit.Second, the seat back has 2 metal parts that protrude to hinge into the side arms. Those were covered with plastic and no where did it say to remove the plastic covers. It didn’t fit with them on and so I figured that out.Third, no hooks are provided for the ottoman but I hooked them through the plastic weave (or whatever you call it lol). Are pictures.Overall, super cute and fairly easy to put together. Cushions are thick but I’m not sure if they will last the test of time. We shall see. It feels sturdy and I love the little pop out drink holders.

I needed a smallish "couch" type item that could be used to sleep on, and this does provide that. I am using it indoors. After sleeping on it for a couple of nights, it is not very comfortable to sleep on and the pillows don't stay in place underneath you. For me, I will add something like another long piece of foam or an air mattress on top for sleeping purposes. The wicker surfaces are very slick and the pillows slide right off, so I bought several items that are meant to help upholstery cushions to stay in place, thus adding work and expense to getting this product to a usable state. Putting it together was doable but there are no instructions, just drawings that are very small in size and it is hard to tell what you are supposed to be doing. I still haven't figured out how to make the back part work so it has different levels, just leaning it against the wall. It is painted over white plastic so if it scratches I can see it looking bad pretty quickly, and I'll bet where I live the sun and weather would do it in in one season. I am using it for my purpose, and so it is not a totally negative review. The little side shelves that pop up are a nice feature, and now while it is not scratched yet it looks decent where I have it. Honestly if you can spend more money, I'd get something more expensive but more solid. The price I paid ($400) feels a bit much for what it is, but then again it didn't cost $1000 so there you go. This kind of furniture is hard to buy on line because by the time you really get to see what you get, you're too deep into it to have a return be a very convenient option.

It is really nice and comfortable. Took some time to set up. I like the dual purpose little storage unit in the ottoman. I put my fire table cover in there!

Excellent quality, comfortable (almost like a memory foam mattress), great value for the price! Also easy to put together, everything is organized and labelled. It took less than an hour to put all together. I live in remote area, and it was here with in the week. Definitely buy from this company again.

Came on time and was really quality piece im very happy with it wasn't go hard to assemble i can't wait to lounge this summer

This patio set is very easy to assemble. It looks very high-end on the patio, has greatquality, is sturdy, and comfortable enough for three people. I highly recommend buying it.

Arrived in two different parcels, two days apart, giving us time to read the instructions and plan our assembly. Was easy to assemble with 2 people who have assembled many do-it-yourself furniture. Beautiful materials, good cushion texture and fabric. Nice design, fun drink flaps and foot stool storage.
