Lights easily and works great. Wants to turn off after like 5 seconds so it’s a little annoying because I’ve literally had it turn off after lighting a candle on one side of my mantel while walking to the other side of my mantle to light a different candle. It’s not but two steps. It charges fast and the charge lasts forever - even if you’re not using it. The only thing I will say is if you’re sensitive to high pitches like dog whistles and stuff like that you can hear this thing and it’s worse than nails on a chalkboard. I just try to be quick with it and warn everyone it’s coming

This was our first time trying arc lighters. They are useful but also pretty cool gadgets. We ordered these because of the flat shape and the color. We are glueing strong magnets to the back to stick them on the side of a white fridge. Nice for power outages but a good alternative to matches, too. No more trays of match sticks and no more match smoke. To light a candle, it does have to be lined up just so. Perhaps in that it is a bit fussier than matches but it's a tradeoff we are happy to make. I have no idea how it works for smoking so can't speak to that. It works great for lighting gas burners and for getting into the candle wicks in jar candles. No more burnt fingertips. Plus, they look very nice. Charge is 30-60 min and they are supposed to do about 60 ignites per charge. We receive them party charged. Charge cord included.

I have trouble working those "other brand" extended lighters - they're a pain in the hand to use. So, I got this and what I like is that it is so safe, simple and comfortable to use. Forget those other lighters, get this electric lighter and you'll experience the quality, quick charge rate and bright arch for heat. PS: does NOT produce any smell!

Love these for when my candles get too low to light with a lighter. I’m amazed how the electricity causes the burn when touched. I bought 2 . One did unfortunately stop working after being charged up but the other is still going strong

This electric lighter works great. I have been able to light candles, light incense sticks, and light a gas burner with it. It charged quickly and seems to hold a charge quite well.Edit:One thing about this is the reach is only around 6.5 cm or 2.5 inches. After the thing is turned on the switch on the body has to be pushed toward the end with the electrodes and held in that position to extend the electrodes and have it ignite. As you can see in the photo there is a very short reach.

I've had this since the winter seasons to light some candles; the old fashioned way of warming up since I don't have the luxury of using a heater here.If I had to estimate, I've probably lit candles about 30-35 times up until now and have had no problems whatsoever.It's simple to use, charges using USB C like many electronics, and doesn't take much room. About the size of a pen or two. Heavily recommend this thing if you find yourself lighting candles often

I received this as a gift and couldn't believe how easily it worked and am thrilled with it. I then bought several for sisters and friends for stocking stuffers!

The media could not be loaded. Lightweight; lovely classic gold shimmer; easy to charge and holds a charge for several days. Auto turn off is great and dot lights show you when it is fully charged. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the charging cable it came with is SUPER short in my opinion ~ approximately 7 inches. I purchased another one in black for the upstairs. Great gift for the candle lover and great stocking stuffer.
