This was a mostly straightforward install on my JL. Took about an hour. The upper mounting bolt is hard to reach and to see. Also, the middle mounting nut is hard to turn. Very short throw of the wrench handle.But once this is on, it is rock solid. This is not going to twist over toward the brake pedal. If you are putting a dead pedal on a jeep, you want total solidity like this.Oh yeah, and I do like where it sits for my foot. Just right.

I am not sure why Amazon says thie dead pedal doesn’t fit the 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4XE. Someone else had left a 5 star review, and mentioned they had a 4XE. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the material, but was especially blown away by the design. You do NOT need to remove any factory bolts to install the the dead pedalRegarding the slip on break/accel pads. YOU NEED TO SOAK THE BRAKE PAD IN VERY HOT WATER BEFORE INSTALLING. This should be mentioned in the listing, otherwise you will end up tearing the rubber. I would also recommend you have a small spray bottle with a mixture of dish soap and water to spray the back of the brake pad before instillation. It makes it easier to put on and will dry solid.

Just finished installing this on my 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. As it came out of the box the L bracket would not line up with the 3 bolt positions. The top hole was off by about half the bolt width. I had to enlarge the bottom hole and the top hole using a 1/2" cobalt drill bit. Once I did this I was able to line up the bracket with all 3 bolts. The manufacturer could solve this problem by making the bottom and top holes slotted like the hole on the far right. Other than that glitch in the install process, once installed this is a really nice dead pedal. I purchased this one because it uses 3 mounting points unlike some competitor products that use only 1 or 2 mounting points. Now the dead pedal seems very sturdy and comfortable to rest my foot while driving.

Amazon bot was wrong. Perfect fit for my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Willys 4xe. Instructions were easy to read and follow. Took all of about 10 minutes to put it together and install it.

Received product today, read through all the reviews, posted photos and instructions. I have a 2023 Wrangler Rubicon Diesel. I utilized the double nut on the upper left stud, placed bracket over the lower 2 studs ( did Not remove the existing nuts), utilized the supplied 8 mm flanged nut on the stud near the accelerator as there was still ample stud protruding through the bracket to permit such. ( Will pick up another 8m flanged nut for the other lower stud later), but as it is now,, very secure. This made the test fitting process less stressful. I loosely put it together with exception of the actual footrest pedal as I held it to eyeball which holes I wished to use ( of which was the 2nd up from the lowest available. I also turned the pivot bracket to permit me to mount the pedal closer to kickpanel, along with mounting it somewhat of an angle to ensure pedal looked straight. Once I had dry fitted it, removed all, tightened all bolts, then installed as an assembled unit back into Jeep. If I had to do it all again, would probably only be a 10 minute task. No regrets, this unit is sturdy, well built, and can pivot upwards to detail Jeep and/or remove the molded catch all floor mat.

Easy enough to assemble and install, but I quickly realized the design is defective. After a short time it loosens up, and sways to the side. It can easily slide under the brake pedal and cause you not to be able to depress the brake. I am unsure if I can return without the box or packing materials, but I don’t think I’ll keep it installed even if I can’t.
