Got this as a birthday gift for my son, who loves gaming. This mini pc is Very fast, Small in size, Easy to connect and overall good performance. Customer service is very helpful if any issues arise. I would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I got the ACEMAGICIAN Ryzen 9, 35 gb RAM, 1 TB harddrive because I needed a replacement for my old, gigantic computer tower. My specific requirements were that it had to be able to handle not only stuff I would do for work (i.e. word processing, photoediting, presentations, etc.) and school (presentations and word processing), but also be able to handle my favorite games (Assassin's Creed: Odyssey and Valhalla, Gotham Knights, and whatever else I wanted).Performance:-This mini PC has 3 power settings, which you can switch between easily: silent, auto, and performance.-Silent runs quietly and will even handle Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, but at the cost of some performance and lag.-Auto will give the processor more juice automatically when you're handling heavy-hitting programs, but will run it quietly when you're doing lighter work.-Performance will make the computer run more loudly, but it's great for gaming and for when you're using heavier programs, such as video editing software (Da Vinci Resolve) or photo editing software (Autodesk Sketchbook).Web browsing and video streaming, it handles without a hitch.I only had to decrease my graphics settings slightly with Gotham Knights and AC: Valhalla. Odyssey was on standard graphic settings and had no problems except some very slight lag. I have no doubt that games like Assassin's Creed 3, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, or anything slightly older will run without a problem.Newer AAA games, you might have to decrease the graphics to run.But, then again, this PC only costs about $600 instead of $5,000, so that's a massive win in my book.Overall, I give this 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone who wants an affordable, reliable gaming PC without sacrificing much in the way of quality.

Worked great for only 18 months before it went dead. Called Ace Magician and they basically too bad because it’s not under warranty and try Amazon. A computer should last 5 years, even a cheap one. Opened it up and it’s impossible to work with either. Ended up having to manually remove the SSD and buy an adapter to recover my memory. Had a lot of proprietary work information and necessary items only saved on the device. Truly horrible customer service. No support. Worked well for the short time I had it but this is simply a cheap, poorly made, and short-lived computer.

This little PC does a great job acting as a mobile gaming PC when needing to travel. It’s snappy, the storage is easily expandable and the memory was simple enough to upgrade.Works well to run some Steam games and act as a dedicated server when needed.

Small, compact. Just enough connections for basic user. Worked out of the box. Handled Win 11 updates. Wish had more RAM, won't be able to tell until under full load. Handled all add-ons except a USB Printer but did connect with wireless option. Worth the investment so far, time will tell. Perfect for students, limited space areas like dorm rooms etc. Check back in a few months.

Very nice. Easy to set-up and works well most of the time. Fan fairly quiet. However, it seems to stall quite often when working with video and Photo files. It recovers after 20 - 30 second most of the time, but I've needed to reboot 3 times in the past week or so. So far its OK for the past 48 hours, so maybe it will settle down.The Problem seems to have resolved itself. No more reboots. Working perfectly well. I've tried all three modes (Performance, Auto and Silent) without any problems. Microsoft updated Windows yesterday without incident. So I will attribute some of the initial problems to some of my astrophotography software which has also been updated. Increased my rating to 5 stars based on price/performance (bang for the buck).

This has been a great little computer for my son (7) who was interested in playing games he could use mods with like some of his favorite YouTube gamers. About 3 months in there was an issue with the power but getting a replacement was pretty effortless and only required an email. Their response was fast and only required me shipping it back to them as it was covered by their warranty.

I ordered this after my desktop crashed after many years of use. I looked around and really wanted something with a smaller form factor and decided to give this little computer a try. What a great decision. This PC is a great price and value. It was shipped extremely fast, received in one day and was simple to set up.I wanted to add extra storage and I emailed the seller a question and he replied within a few hours and sent directions on what I needed to do. I added a Crucial 1 TD 2.5 inch internal SSD and it took less than 10 minutes to add the drive and have it recognized and functioning properly.The computer itself is very fast. I have three displays running and there is no lag time. I added an additional USB hub so I can bring in portable drives, a wired printer, etc.WiFi works fine and download and upload speeds with my ISP are great. I have no complaints, love the small size and was very satisfied with responses I received from the seller when adding the internal hard drive. You could also add a M.2 SSD so good expansion capabilities. This is such a great value. Don't hesitate to go with this little computer! I looked at a lot of options from other manufacturers, but most were two to three times the price.
