Really great experience thanks to the seller. Our chair seat weave fell out and when we asked to purchase a replacement they sent over an entire replace set instead. The chairs look great in our home.

This is SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT ! It is so accurate when you compare them to the pictures in the product description and the quality is AMAZING ! I was expect to receive my package in about a week but I received it earlier like in 3 days of shipping which was perfect for me. The product was so well packaged and the assembly is quite straightforward and if you follow the instructions for not tightening the holes before everything align you won’t struggle much. Since I was alone I had to go under the chairs to find the holes and do them properly. Overall the quality of the product is so great and I am very satisfied with my purchase! Would definitely RECOMMEND IT to anyone looking for some mid century modern chairs as an addition to their dining room area!

Reviews were mixed, but I got lucky with a nice set. For the price, the quality is pretty good! Shipping took a week, which wasn’t too bad. The cushions are comfortable to sit on. Only downside is the rattan is sort of rough on your back, could easily probably snag your clothes if leaning back. Also, wish they had an option to purchase the chairs individually and not in sets. But for the most part, I am satisfied with my purchase.

The back for this chair had the screw holes completely misaligned on one of the chair backs. It doesn't screw in no matter what orientation I put it - the holes on one side are WAY off. The second chair was completely fine and the seller has no way to contact them directly just to ask for a single replacement part. Buyer beware!!!

Update #3: the vendor re-shipped my two defective chairs, and they are perfect. I am so pleased with the service they provided and went above and beyond to replace my two chairs and helped me out even after my return window was closed.Update#2: the vendor has reached out to me and has offered to take care of me and send me two more chairs. I’m very grateful for that as I have been searching for chairs for 10 years and I absolutely fell in love with these and I’m so excited I get to get two more. Nice to have a company stand by their product and satisfy their customer.Update: one chair has already started to come apart on the seat area. I’ve had them not quite 2 months.I’m so disappointed. The seam has come apart and the rattan is sagging. And they won’t refund them or replace them.I have been looking for chairs like these for the last five years because my other ones were finally worn out after 20 years. But I have been so scared to purchase any because they weren’t the right fit, or comfortable or good quality.I am so pleased with these. They were so easy to put together, they are so well crafted, extremely comfortable, and they just look fabulous in my kitchen area. Every chair is just like the other, there’s no difference in wood color, they match perfectly.

These chairs are aesthetically nice, but after having them at a table where they were used only a few times, the rattan began to come loose on all of them. It can't be fixed. Given the price point, you get what you pay for, but I at least expected to get a year of everyday use from them, not just a few hours worth.

These chairs are worth it. I had some authentic ones made in Italy and I was hesitant to buy new ones but these are great. They are sturdy and well put together! Plus they are easy to assemble.
