The item is as described, and idea for threading multi-ply wool for darning, or repairing multi-tufted rugs of the type that are not knotted. however, the latch only swivels by about 45 degrees, so it is unsuitable for repairing a 'ladder' caused by a dropped stich in a knitted garment.
