Terrible supplier
It appeared that this would be a very nice product. I obviously received one that was returned. Missing parts, shipped in a makeshift box. Terrible quality control from the vendor.

The Pro-Lift H-1600A 800 Lbs is pretty solid, Iv used it to move out and lifted some heavy boxes without any issues. Everything came in the box except a manual on how to put it together. I'm new to these things but it wasn't rocket science. To put it together you use the washer (Round metal piece) + wheel + washer + pin. I recommend this Dolly.

Missing Assembly instructions
We are missing assembly instructions and not sure if there are pieces missing. Also, one of the pieces appears to be damaged. I can’t find an assembly video online so it’s hard to tell if there are missing parts

Platform too short
Platform is too short so it tips everything over forward instead of leaning it back onto the lift.Platform bends/deforms at start of lift, contributing to the tipping issue.If your item is tall enough you can grab it and help tip it toward you. This unfortunately is not the case for the items I’m moving.Would return if returning big box items wasn’t such a hassle.
