Beautiful and very practical winch

Winch is very easy to install, Instructions included, so far winch has been working great, retracting is quick, looks Awsome and very well made, Blue tooth controller options included, very good Winch for the price.

The X-Bull 10,000 lb winch arrived on time. The rubber piece which fits over the wired remote was ripped in half so that is the only damage I can see. The winch works and is very easy to install. The winch also looks very good. *Installed on 95 jeep wrangler.

The media could not be loaded. Been a good winch so far. I will say I did pull it apart and put in aerogel grease and RTV on all seals to make sure it will be 100% safe in the wet area I live in. It will definitely pull you out of whatever but use your brain the line might say it's good for the max of the winch but the safe limit is actually closer to 4000lb WITH ANY WINCH LINE of similar size. Use snatch blocks always on anything approaching 4k or wherever possible it's much less stress on the winch.

works well has good power came in handy this winter pulling cars off of other cars that slid into each other.had to pull car side ways up hill to minimize damage to other vehicles.

When I first installed the winch and tested it the relay was clicking and chattering. I wrote customer service and they said send us a video. I did and they replied within 12 hours and said the relay was bad and they would send me a new one. I received the new none and installed it and it did the same thing. I decided to look at the wiring again and noticed that I had bolted the relay ground to the motor ground instead of the battery ground. When I bolted the relay ground to battery ground everything worked great. I emailed back that the problem was my wiring I owe you guys for a new relay and hand control. Please send invoice for parts and shipping. They wrote back: Consider this control box accessory a little gift from us! No payment is required. We hope you'll love our products and continue to support us. With customer service like that, dam right I will support X-Bull.

XBull customer service team came through! Great service! After reading my review I was contacted by Xbull to see if there was any way to help and if I could provide them with more details. The team was very curious about the unit I received and wanted to know every detail to make sure it didn’t happen again. I was glad they contacted me and was more than willing to help. After several conversations spanning over a few days Xbull decided that they should send me a new winch to replace the faulty one I had received 6 weeks prior. Even Warn didn’t bother to help me when their winch broke.After receiving the replacement winch it took me about an hour after delivery to remove the faulty unit and install the new one. Night and day difference in sound and performance. The battery draw was about 25% less than the faulty unit too. I tested it and confirmed everything under load. Works amazing. I’ve now used it about a dozen times in the last 2 weeks and it works just as well as the day I received it. The first one was half dead after a handful of uses, and even on the first use wasn’t nearly as strong as the replacement unit.I’ve been a customer for 5 years now. I will definitely be staying with XBull.Below is my initial review when I unknowingly received a faulty unit.Initial review:Works well enough for a few sticky situations. Then it gets really loud and noticeably weaker. Motor just doesn’t last. It’s definitely not 13,500 pounds even if you’ve only got 10 feet of line out. Especially if it’s been used to pull your rig out a dozen times. Gets louder and louder from the motor/gears every time you use it.This is my 4th xbull winch. Every time XBull releases a new winch they seem to fix one problem at a time. So I was hoping this winch wouldn’t have issues. It does sadly. The remote is ok so long as you are standing really close and pointing right at the winch. Having a spotter use the wireless remote from more than 10-15 ft away gets hard from the interference.

I regret to say that my experience with the X-BULL Winch-13500 lb. Load Capacity Electric Winch Kit was nothing short of disastrous. After just one use, the cord snapped while attempting to recover a Toyota Camry, a vehicle well within the winch's specified capacity. The synthetic rope, advertised as durable and reliable, was tangled, melted, and appeared to have been used extensively. Upon closer inspection, we discovered that the rope was frayed in many areas, indicating poor quality and further compromising safety.Moreover, the advertised wireless remote control turned out to be anything but wireless. It required a direct plug-in to the winch, which was inconvenient and contradictory to the product description. Furthermore, the controls were erratic and counterintuitive, causing the winch to operate in the opposite direction of what was indicated.The most alarming aspect, however, was the safety hazard posed by the malfunctioning equipment. During an attempt to pull the vehicle up a ramp, the rope suddenly snapped, sending the vehicle rolling dangerously downhill, narrowly missing a worker and another parked truck.Additionally, upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the item was assembled incorrectly, with components seemingly installed in reverse.Despite attempts to contact X-BULL for assistance and to file a complaint, reaching them proved futile. This lack of customer support only compounds the frustration and disappointment associated with this product.In summary, the X-BULL Winch-13500 lb. Load Capacity Electric Winch Kit not only failed to deliver on its promises of functionality and safety but also posed a significant risk to users and bystanders alike. I strongly advise against purchasing this product, as its unreliability and lack of support make it a liability rather than an asset.
