I game a lot
I'm a Counter Strike player who plays for money like 10% of the time. Mostly casual, sometimes for money. I started getting some aching in my right arm after some times when I put more hours into the game than I usually do. With some carpal tunnel worries in mind I started wearing a sleeve when I played CS. It worked great for the first couple of months, I won some community sponsored events with my team etc. After a few months of use however, the top part of the sleeve seemingly lost its elasticity, and I'd have to pull it up every round or so. It worked, but with heavy use stopped working. If you use it less than I did, might be OK. More than a few hours each day, find something else.

Overall good product could just buy a cheaper one and get same results
