This is the best thing since bubblegum ya'll! I just put this on for my sprained ankle. Ooooo weeeeee! Bliss. I put it in the freezer for the 2 hours they said to in the provided bag. I put my sock on and made sure to cover my ankle with my pants before slipping my foot into this item. Ya'll! This is the best delicious feeling I have ever had wrapped around my foot and ankle. I can't even imagine what it would feel like if I ever need to use it with it heated. The weight is perfect, the thickness of the material is perfect, and the pain relief is amazing. Now I've not tested walking on it as I'm suppose to stay off my feet as much as possible since I sprained it pretty badly. Ya'll I woke up with this injury so don't know if my tubby cat jumped on it since she likes to sleep on my feet or if some dang spirit decided to sit on it because the pain I felt after waking up was pretty intense and it was swollen as if I did a marathon and twisted my ankle. No idea how I slept through the pain. This TheraIce, please just buy it, perfect addition to add to your arsenal of emergency meds/bandages. I will report back on how long it stays cold. So far, 15 minutes in and it's still cold.

This is the second one I ordered, because they work great. The velcro style ankle ice wraps are too fiddly to get them on just right, and they don't work as well for me. These work great!I have a sprained ankle on one side and achilles tendinitis on the other side. I got a second one size large to fit over my compression socks that im wearing on my sprained ankle. now I can ice both injuries at once.Compensating for my sprained ankle is causing pain in my other ankle too, so icing both at once is great.

Oh my gosh, I was so pleasantly surprised as to how incredible these ice packs are! I use their product for migraines too. But these ankle ice slippers, as I think I'll call them, are a God-send! After allowing them to freeze for an hour and a half (it says two hours, but I was too anxious to try them), they slipped right on. No weird velcro wraps, etc. They truly work. I know it probably sounds like I work for TheraICE but I assure you, I'm just a very happy customer. Thinking of buying another pair next month, so I can always have a pair frozen!

This is fantastic! I had a trimalleolar fracture on 3/22/25, and had surgery the next day, 10 screws, a plate, and 2 pins. Even now, almost 6 weeks out, my foot is still pretty swollen. I usually wear a 7.5 shoe but sized up to a large because of the swelling. It feels amazing! I am still in a cam boot and I wear it with it, and was surprised at how long it stayed cold, inside my boot and sock! It makes it so much more comfortable too! I will be buying the correct size as soon as the swelling goes down more.

I have a fractured ankle at the moment. I found this product and I was so excited to try it, despite the prohibitive cost. I wear a 10.5 women’s wide shoe so I ordered the size L as per the sizing chart. When it arrived I was over the moon thrilled because my ankle obviously hurts a lot. My husband was helping me put it on, and he realized it wasn’t going to fit. After a bit of a tussle he noticed I had received a size S/M. I was so very upset. He suggested strongly that, when I reordered, I get the XL rather than the L due to swelling. Long story short, the XL finally arrived and it was everything I dreamed it would be. I was very glad that I sized up, however. It is silky and cozy and just the right amount of cold. The cold lasts a while, too. I haven’t timed it but I leave it on while I’m watching TV and it never feels warm to me. I highly recommend this product, but if you have any doubts about size don’t be afraid to size up.

Feels so good for swollen feet! I’m 38 weeks pregnant and VERY swollen, these work really well and provide relief for at least ~30 minutes of solid coldness. **BUT I ordered a S/M based on my shoe size and they don’t even fit past my ankles because I’m so swollen. I ordered an XL and figured it’s fine if they’re a little loose. Definitely size up if you’re swollen.

Very comfortable. Stays in place. No weird smells. Very thick. Size up if you can. I wear a sock with it on, it is very cold straight from the freezer. Worth the price. It stays cold a good amount of time. Around 15 minutes.
