The cooker was working nicely but suddenly stopped functioning. But I’m impressed how quickly the customer care team resolved the issue and replaced it with a new one. The cooker is easy to operate and makes life easier. Will surely recommend.

25 Jul 25I am sharing this write-up based on couple of usage.The unit is working well and it does what it claims. The booklet on various levels of cooking (low, normal and high) is very useful for getting to know the work around for a perfect cooking.The feature I loved, which many units don't have, is the ability to set both time and pressure besides the various preset settings. That gives the user a wide freedom to meet their specific needs.The display is meaningful and gives the most critical info.Just a suggestion, is it critical to have a 15A plug top for this unit? I understand it is 1000 watt power consuming unit but if the head can be a 5A, it would meet most household scenario. I am not a technical expert in this regard.My concern about the loose feeling on the touch panel still lingers. I have used other brands whose touch panel skins were firm and felt assuring. Let's see.Overall, a good buy. I am revising my rating to four star. Will revisit after prolonged usage.23 Jul 25Received the product well packed. Really heavy compared to similar electric cookers. We are yet to test the unit and it's performance.One thing noticed is that the panel looks very cheap and looks like it could fail very soon. Whole surface feels like a loose skin. Is this so in all cases or I got a deficient unit? Do share genuine feedback.Will test actual cooking and add my experience and update the star rating.

Received damaged piece

Perfect for today's kitchen. Made my day to day kitchen work so easy.very elegant look and a very decent performance. Perfect for pressure cooking or any other type of cooking. Cleaning is the best part. Hassle free cleaning. I am sharing this after about 3-4 months of use. And one thing more....the service support is at par with the best in the market.
