Great quality just came with a small scratch on the screen and it was glitching a little that's it but it's still a good product

This serves two purposes; a backup to my desktop (main PC) and for easy streaming access to my big screen TV via HDMI. It does both very well. It's a Dell. I didn't know that when I purchased it. I consider that a bonus.

Arrived 2 days early & Exactly as described. Flawless appearance and operation. I'm not a fan of the RGB mouse and keyboard because I'm accustomed to a wireless setup but that's neither here nor there. They light up nice & pretty if you like that. Unless you use it at a desk I recommend you buy a lap desk for bed or couch use. BTW it was very simple to set up. Just plug it in and push the power button then follow windows setup instructions. Took about 20 minutes or so. I would, at this point, definitely buy from this company again.

the laptop itself is decent quality. the mousepad buttons aren't all that great, but for the price i'd let it slide. however, i'm really disappointed in the keyboard and mouse they sent me. instead of the keyboard and mouse advertised in the pictures, i received a different model, and one of the main reasons why i got this laptop bundle as a gift for my brother was because of the included keyboard and mouse :/

I have owned this for about a month now and what I liked is that they have all new components (Drives, RAM and Power Brick) as well as the Keyboard and Mouse which really does the same function as all other Keyboard and Mice but looks different from what my peers have, which is an added bonus. And the price is unbeatable.

I bought this for my girlfriend for light games and it’s actually not bad and will get you by depending on what you’re looking for.I’ll have to come back and update you all later on and see how it holds up but so far not bad at all. It runs very smooth considering the specs it has, no hiccups or stuttering.As far as light games I’ve tested vrchat, Roblox, and stardew valley all seem to run really well no problem. I have yet to test Minecraft, Genshin Impact or Fortnite yet but sure tinkering w/ your setting they should run fine. I’ll come back to update y’all if anyone is buying this for gaming.But in conclusion it’s a great investment and the additional RGB mouse and keyboard is a bonus! Also since it’s 120GB SSD model, you’ll prolly want to invest in a external hard drive.Edit: (6/23/23) Tested fortnite and it runs smooth on low-med setting, I say just play around and experiment. Not bad on fortnite.

Worked perfectly amd arrived quickly. It took me a few hours to update it, but overall I'm very happy with this purchase. Would Absolutly recommend.

I wanted to give myself a little time before I did a review. Well, the battery life is atrocious it dies as soon as you unplug it from the power cord. It freezes more than any other laptop I have had. You can just be sending an email and the screen freezes for several minutes for no reason. I wouldn’t suggest too much multitasking as it will need to be restarted. The price was good but as you may have heard you get what you pay for so because it was an older model plus inexpensive I should have known that was a recipe for disaster. Would not recommend. Try and save a little more money and then look for a more up to date laptop with better specs. Not worth it at all!! Do not get sucked in by the price!!Update:The laptop died a couple days after the window for return closed. Which I find suspicious. When plugged in a message appears that no hard drive found. You need a hard drive to run it. Do yourself a favor DON'T BUY THIS! Save your time and money. If you can't afford a top of the line just wait a little longer save a couple more dollars and at least buy a new inexpensive laptop somewhere else.This was refurbished when I purchased it, but I see now they are claiming it's new. That's a lie!
