The product taste pretty good, as much as you would expect from any other vitamin or supplement gummy. I was not expecting too much, but I quickly noticed at around day 3 that I was much less stressed out from day to day work activities. I also noticed improved focus and efficiency while in the gym. I have no negative side effects so far but it’s only been two weeks. I will definitely be picking up another bottle as soon as this one is out.

Have you Shilajit many times in the past in various different forms. The one I usually buy comes in almost like a tar like form which isn't easy to use. So when I saw these that came in gummy form I was excited. When I tried them I wasn't crazy about the taste. They have a bitter odd taste to them. However if you want to take shilajit that's just the breaks of it. The tar form certainly doesn't taste any better. So if you're comparing the gummy form to the traditional form the gummy form wins hands down. They worked really well and quite quickly. I like that it provides me with a good clean boost of energy.

First, these taste good and sweet, so anyone who's used to taking a bad tasting shilajit won't mind taking these (but adding sugar will do that).That said, after several weeks of taking these every day, there hasn't really been any effects, good or bad. The recommended dose is 2 gummies, 1-2 times a day, so to start, my husband took 2 gummies every morning. Nothing. But, there are those supplements that take several weeks of building up in your system to start to notice the difference. So, for the second week, he ate 2 gummies in the morning and 2 more gummies in the afternoon, to maximize the daily recommended dose. Nothing. He sits there and says, well, maybe if I think about it, it might do something. But my response is, no. If you have to sit and really think about it, are you in fact possibly conjuring up benefits?! Each time asked, he would say, it feels like he's getting candy treats a couple times a day. Now the good news is, there's been absolutely no negative side effects whatsoever, not even mild ones. So anyone wanting to give these a try, since these seem to work for some people, you probably won't have to worry about anything negative happening, you'll just be out $15 if they don't work. But for my husband, despite the product description stating these would offer a guaranteed boost to vigor, vitality, and virility, this hasn't transpired after 2 weeks, even with him taking 4 a day for one of those weeks. Online it says people should start experiencing benefits from taking shilajit within 10 days, when taking 100-300mg a day. So?? You do the mg math with my hubby taking 4 gummies a day. And as his wife, I haven't seen any difference at all. With anything! And I'm looking for differences. And at 4 gummies a day to try and see a benefit, the price doubles. Because there are no bad side affects to these and my hubby likes the taste, he'll finish the bottle. But I don't see us ordering these again, unless there's some sudden and drastic turn-around (at which point I would update this review). Just an FYI for comparison, my hubby is a healthy 61 year old male (who everyone says he doesn't look his age) who consistently works out, moves a lot, and doesn't have a desk job. Because of my hubby's working out and health, he might not have felt any effect, but for others who are trying to get healthy and back into working out, ect, they might see positive changes from these gummies. And since there's no negative side affects, for those making positive changes, it might be worth trying these once.
