Powerful little machine
I was skeptical - but after plugging it in and waiting 15+mins, it started producing steam. It’s up to the user how to capture and make use of that. I found that it will run around 2hrs on a full tank of water.

The steamer works great but…
The device itself works very well. It appears to be very well built. The hose, however, didn’t pass the grade. The plastic connectors can snap easily if your not careful. Mine was broken and it took a week or so for rockler to replace it. I am very satisfied with their customer service but they should have a quicker replacement option for Amazon customers. All in all, I like it.
