I've had it for almost 2 months. It seems to be well built. It is a big boy chair. I'm 6ft tall and at the lowest seat height it's just about perfect for me. There's plenty of room in the seat and the back is comfortable. The packing could have been better, mine came with a small tear in the LH arm rest, but I'm not sending it back just for that. It's on the inside of the arm rest and not too noticeable since I put some vinyl repair tape on it. Also I had to adjust the lock for the tilt. It wouldn't lock completely. I had to clean out a couple of the threaded holes for mounting the tilt or height lever because it had burrs in the top of the threads. Over all it's a good chair, especially for the price.

Great chair! Very comfortable. The instructions are a little vague, but seem very sturdy and well built. Been using for about a week or so.

I’m 6’4” and 300+, this chair is plenty solid and comfortable to recline in. The width is very nice and arm rests are comfortable. The adjustable lumbar cushion actually works. The wheels are very nice and easy/quiet to roll around. Seat/back cushions are nice and plush. Can stay comfortable for hours. Very easy to put together and the hardware was nice quality, with blue loctite pre installed on the threads. The fake leather is nice and soft, seems like it will last a long time. I had tried lazy boy and other name brand chairs, but they were not comfortable at all compared to this one. If you are on the fence, I would buy this one.The instructions provided could be nicer/have better pictures. The height of the back could be a bit taller.It has many more great reviews on Walmart.

#1 - the Amazon description says that it is a leather chair. I'm here to tell you that it is NOT. I admit that in the photos of the product, it says it's faux leather. I didn't study the photos, since I took them at their word in the description.#2 - It has been a little longer than a year and even though I have cleaned and used Polyurethane conditioner, the fake leather is cracking and peeling. Ironically, even in places that I don't touch, like the back of the chair.#3 - I purposely purchased a chair that had a weight capacity far far greater than my weight. Again, just over a year of use and the cushion is nonexistent it has flattened out and is not comfortable.#4 - the chair had always seemed very low to the ground even at its highest setting, so I replaced the gas piston myself so that it had a little more height to it.#5 - I have a glass carpet protector and found that I really needed to upgrade the casters in order to move the chair around easilySo here I am, a year later and I'm having to shop for another chair AGAIN. Like I said, I make sure that I purchase chairs that are supposed to last and support weight that is far greater than my own. This time around, I'm going to make sure that it's at least bonded leather and I'm gonna pick something with a very long warranty. I am sick of these generic brands looking to make a quick buck and sell me garbage.I only sit in it eight hours a day and there should be no reason why it should be apart after only a year… Even for polyurethane.Do not buy this chair!
