Nice face treat
Bought this as skin notably red of late. Has definitely helped my skin. Nice to use and smells good also.

Didn't work for me
I don't have much in the way of redness- just a little around my nose - but it hasn't made an ounce of difference. That said, it does go on nicely and was moisturising.I have a real gripe with the bottle though. The print started to wear off which meant that tiny bits of the black print ended up on my hands and face.

Impressive speed at which is calmed redness, but texture was full of white gritty bits
I do often suffer from Rosacea, but only when it’s extremely cold windy weather. It hasn't yet been cold enough of late for me to test this serum on my Rosacea, so to cause plenty of skin redness, I had a mega blackhead squeezing session on and around my nose instead. Once finished, with my nose suitably looking like a beacon, I opened the product box. Inside, is a glass bottle, with glass pipette dispenser. The bottle needs to be well shaken, then 2 to 3 drops dispensed onto fingertips, or mixed with moisturiser, before applying to clean skin. Personally, I didn't feel this was enough to cover my entire face, so I ended up using double the quantity. The serum is bright white in colour, with a thick milky texture. I was surprised when I started to rub the serum into my skin, as it had a very gritty texture. This was nowhere near as densely populated as an exfoliater, but there were definitely plenty of white gritty lumps suspended in it. Some of these disappeared as I continued to rub the serum onto my skin, but lots didn’t, and just sat on the surface of my skin as the rest of the serum sunk in. Once fully dried, I was able to knock them off gently with my fingertips. I haven't seen any other reviews mention this, so I'm not sure if there was a problem with just my particular bottle, or if this is how the serum is supposed to be.Despite the unexpected gritty lumps, this product was incredibly successful at quickly calming the redness down. It only took about 10-15 minutes, and my raging Rudolph nose looked completely back to normal. The serum left my skin feeling soft, with a light-reflecting glow. It's not sticky or greasy, and has a very subtle gentle natural fragrance, that just smells slightly herbal. Once opened, the product has a 12 month shelf life. I very much like the natural ingredients in this product, and the ethics behind the brand. I will be interested to see how it performs once we get very cold winter weather, and my rosacea starts to become embarrassing. However, if I were buying this product myself, I think £20 to £22 is the absolute most I would be prepared to pay, and then only if it was successful on my rosacea. Therefore, the current high price and gritty texture reduces its rating slightly. Otherwise, very impressive at the speed at which is calmed my skin.

Loved this for my irritation
I've used this any time I get irritation and I've enjoyed the effects. Definitely not a miracle in a bottle but I've noticed drastic improvements in days to the level of redness. I especially love using this after a facial where my skin may be quite red or a touch irritated. This takes everything down so my skin looks much more normal the next day. It's a serum with ingredients I haven't seen in other products or drugstore skincare so this stands out and is easy for me to recommend.

Soothing and smoothing. Made in the UK
The media could not be loaded. The ARK Skincare Skin Perfector Anti-Redness Serum comes in a boxed glass jar with a pipette in the lid for easy dispensing. I like my skin care products in glass jars rather than in plastic tubes as glass jars give the products a more premium feel, so my first impressions were good. The serum is also made in the UK and as I like to support local small businesses, this is another plus for me.The serum itself has a cream like consistency. It does have a light fragrance that I can't quite put my finger on and is hard to describe, but looking at the ingredient list the fragrance is probably just a mix of all the different oils contained within it.The instructions state to shake well before use and to apply two to three drops on the fingertips and apply to the face after cleansing. Alternatively, add two to three drops to your moisturiser and apply that way. I like to use it between cleansing and moisturising as I just prefer to apply my products in separate steps. I find that I need to use three to four generously sized drops to get good coverage over my face. This may be something to do with my skin type as I find generally with most skin care products I need to use a little more than the directions state. The serum absorbs nicely into my skin without leaving any residue and leaves my skin feeling soft and looking smooth. I do find I need to moisturise afterwards for best results, and once moisturised my skin has a lovely glow. Results from beauty products vary wildly from person to person, and something that works very well for one person may not work well at all for another. It's very much trial and error and trying different things to find the ones that suit any individual best. Moreover, it can sometimes take a bit of time to start seeing noticeable results. I haven't been using the ARK anti-redness serum for long, but early indications are good, and I will continue to use it and update this review should I have any further observations to make over the coming months.I don't have sensitive skin so this isn't something I don't need to consider when selecting skin care products. I can say however that I've had no issues at all using this serum and overall, I'm very happy with it.

Turn on the Serum.
- Review for ARK Skincare Skin Perfector Anti-Redness Serum, Soothing Cream Serum that calms & reduces Skin Redness, Suitable for Sensitive Skin & Rosacea, 30ml || Price: £44.99 (at time of ordering) -I don't like this quite at much as ARKs other serums, but it's still a great product. My skin seems calmer since I started using it, though I've not noticed a dramatic improvement in redness. It's very light and refreshing, and I like that the ingredients are all natural. Recommended.
