WITH THE HEAT WE WERE UNABLE TO ENJOY OUR OUTDOOR TIME. I PURCHASED MOUNTMAN 41 INCH SWAMP COOLER, 4800CFM EVAPORATIVE COOLER. IT IS TRULY AMAZING HOW COOL IT MAKES OUR PATIO. WE CAN NOW SIT OUTSIDE AS LONG AS WE WANT AND FEEL COOL. IT YOU LIVE A HOT CLIMATE THIS UNIT WILL KEEP YOU COOL. I WAS ALSO IN CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY AND THEY HAVE A FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. AND GET BACK WITH YOU IN A VERY SHORT TIME AND ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY TO ANY ONE. MY WIFE AND I COULD'T BE HAPPIER WITH THIS PRODUCT. NO MORE HOT TIMES OUTSIDE WITH THIS UNIT.

I am a retired 71-year-old, managing several properties in an active adult community in Arizona. I had one of two AC units in a house die. I need it replaced. Unfortunately, after calling several AC installers, I was given a three-to-four-week delay for installation. My tenant's senior citizens can't live without AC in Arizona.So, I went online to find something that could bridge the gap and not break the bank. After several hours of shopping online and comparing lots of options, I purchased the 3531 CFM Evaporative Air Cooler, Mountman Portable Swamp Cooler, 10.6-Gal Tank, 120° Oscillation, 41" Water Cooler Fan for Indoor and Outdoor Patio, Porch, Yard.I purchased the unit because of the size of the tank, the fact that it doesn't need the window venting, making it easy to move room to room, the price is extremely competitive and the fact that Mountman provides a three-year warranty compared to other sellers with a one-year warranty.PLEASE READ ABOVE ALL THE SELLER'S DISCRIPTION OF THE QUALITIES OF THIS PORTABLE AC UNIT!!!!It has only been a few days, but my tenants are more than satisfied. This unit will enable them to stay cool. On the positive side, the house has two AC units and the one that covers the main house is still running. The unit that needs to be replaced covers the bedrooms. The new portable AC is in their bedroom, so other than adding water once or twice a day, everything is good.I am going to order at least one more so there will be no delay if any tenant loses an AC unit. Great inexpensive bridge unit the new unit is installed. Great investment even if you don't manage houses; I plan to use it in an Arizona room and the master bedroom so I can turn off the air to the AC unit cooling two other bedrooms. GREAT INVESTMENT!

I bought this unit because of it’s ability to add ice packs.The hose connector was missing a piece to connect to a garden hose. However, this company stands by their product because they immediately let me know that my order must have been missing this piece and immediately shipped it to me.Despite this, the swamp cooler works great, and it gets a two thumbs up from my wife, who prior to the arrival of the cooler, refused to sit on the patio when temps went into the 90’s. Operating on high, (which is very very quiet) temperatures in the low 90’s (93 to be exact) dropped to a very comfortable 84 in Central Texas Hill Country heat. The oscillating fan cools the entire 22’ x15’ patio, and evenings outdoors are now quite enjoyable. The ice packs add to the cooling effect. Definitely would buy this one again.

It’s very portable due to the light weight when empty, the pump and design works nice, however after a year of use, the medium and low fan stopped working. I’ve always left it on high but the medium nor low work now. Since idk when but it just shuts off the fan. But the high has a nice breeze to it. Overall worth it for my use. UPDATE: Now the high setting no longer works so therefore the entire thing is useless now. Lasted a little over a year but not worth it.

very cool air flow but unit loves to evaporate water. Got to watch water level about every 5 hours or so.

This air cooler is so effective and cooled down my room without having to rely on air conditioning. The overall design of the air cooler is really lightweight which makes it portable and efficient. I could definitely feel the difference when I’m using the air cooler. The best part is that it isn’t very loud. I highly recommend this air cooler for those looking for an affordable and effective air cooler.

This air cooler is fantastic! It cools quickly, runs quietly, and is energy-efficient. The sleek design fits perfectly in my space, and the adjustable settings are very convenient. Highly recommend for beating the heat—excellent value for money. Five stars!

First of all - this isn’t a 41” cooler. It’s a 16”. When you read 41”, you initially think the fan size (which is what it should be!). This is much smaller than it appears. Almost not worth it. Also - where is the info on the replacement pads? The pads last one season.Initially when I opened this cooler, I was disappointed. They scream "generic" complete with the cheesy sticker in huge bold print that says "EVAPORATIVE COOLER" on the top, hate that. Easy enough, pull of the sticker. I filled the unit, and turned it on. It works, but it is extremely over rated. I had two running, with ice in a 3000 square foot building. It wouldn't drop the temp even a couple degrees - just made it muggy. The cooling mats are not very good. I will replace them with a a higher grade mat, and make them work. But I recommend you buy two sizes larger than what you expect to use.Also, keep in mind these only work in dry climates. I live in a desert, with 18% relitive humidity. Swamp coolers work here. They won't above 50% in my experience.
