I can't comment on its functionality. However, the quality control leaves much to be desired. The one I received was completely non-functional upon arrival. Not the pain of having to return it! Check your products before shipping them out.

The item is very tactile and seems well put together. It fits perfectly in a mobile phone holder. The instructions are not really much use though. When the device is first plugged into a PC it works as a keyboard and all the keys (18 functions in all) are mapped to c (or C when you press the shift key on your keyboard). I had to use an internet search to find the software to map the keys and proper instruction how to use it. Once done though it is quite easy to set up and works well. I use it for extra buttons on my sim racing setup, but it could equally be used for anything that requires key strokes or combinations of, to operate. I've given it 5 stars in spite of useless instructions because once sorted it does the job.

I've never seen so many warnings from trying to run software!

I was excited to receive this macro pad but unfortunately one of the 12 programmable buttons doesn’t function. Also it arrived with the instructions for a different product. I would not recommend this product.
