Always a must to have clean good tasting water.

Seems to be working, could have better quality
Seems to be working, however when taking the plastic wrap off the netting holding the filter together tried to come with it. I almost thought it was supposed to come off until I noticed the original filter had the same netting material around the outside. They don't do a good job tucking it into the top and bottom caps, its just kind of sitting there. Fit the canister I had (Flow-Pur 8) and all seems well so far.

Poor Return Process
The filters were slightly to short for the Flow-Pur 8 water system and will not seal. The return instructions for the filters were poor. The first send and return label was not prepaid and the wrong address. Items were returned to me with an additional bill which I paid. I then found a prepaid label in a later email. It felt a little like a bait and switch procedure. I returned the filters again and received a refund but I am waiting for my unnecessary postage and return fee to be refunded. I will not be satisfied until this occurs.
