I am really happy with this stainless steel pot. It is weighty without being heavy. Cleaned up beautifully!! Shiny and bright! I can mash potatoes in it. Very very happy. I have tried and returned several other brands. This is a keeper!! I highly recommend.

Searing the beef, adding the broth & veggies and simmering in the oven...it performed well. It was easy to clean. Second use was for chicken & dumplings...also was stellar. If you're not familiar with using stainless cookware, be sure to read and follow the directions, and you'll have a pot or pan that will please you immensely.
