These exit signs are as described by the seller and arrived as expected. The exit lights themselves are bright and the emergency lighting is ok but could be brighter. The plastic bodies of these lights are somewhat flimsy to me, and I broke three of the emergency lights little tabs that hold the lights onto the body while being very careful assembling them. Also, like most other manufacturers, the backup emergency lighting battery is nickel cadmium and are not very high quality. Overall if you’re careful with them they seem to be a good value for the money.

Built a new garage & used these for the side service doors. These things are super! No complaints whatsoever. The flood lights on them turn on almost instantly when the power goes off, too.

Shut Down, Wouldn't Turn On Anymore, Replaced It With Another One. But, This Company Stood By Their Product, Refunded Our Company Without Proof Of Return, And Apologized For The Inconvenience. In My Book, That's Worth 5 Star's, Because Most Companies Don't Care. Thank You For Reaching Out!

This product, for the price, is excellent and easy to install only down side to it is the installation holes for the wires and the screws for installation. They are hard to remove and sometimes cause the plate to crack; that is the only problem I had with the product

I hired an electrician who had the sign up and running faster than you can say “Fire Marshal Approved.” And guess what? The inspector was impressed!But here’s the bonus: when the warehouse is pitch black and I’m stumbling around like a sleepwalker, that red glow isn’t just for safety—it’s like my very own disco light show. I half expect the sign to start playing "Stayin’ Alive" as I navigate the aisles.So if you want a sign that’s practical, budget-friendly, and adds a touch of unexpected flair to your workspace, this is it. Highly recommend for both safety and a bit of warehouse ambiance!

I had this professionally installed by a general contractor, and it lasted a couple of months until things took a bad turn. Luckily we were at our business the night that it failed, or else I may have lost it all.This was mounted over the exit door and when a family member left, they smelt a smokey smell. We couldn't determine where it was coming from, so I got a ladder and got up to the sign. When I touched the top of the sign, it was VERY hot and the smell was clearly coming from the sign.I went to go get tools, and we heard a loud pop, then the bright emergency lights went on, then another pop and they went off. The light was dead and when I opened it up, it was clear that the issue had originated from the upper left corner.So grateful this bad decision didn't cost us our business.
