The shades give my older chandelier a new appearance.

These little shades were exactly what I needed to take the bling out of my way-too-ornate brass chandelier. The packaging was flawless, each one in a plastic film in perfect condition. I tried two other kinds of shades. One was too bell shaped, flaring out too much at the bottom. The other was too thin and too straight up and down. With this one, the shape was right and the subtle slub in the fabric disguises the shadow of the wire, which you’ll get with any of them. At this price, about $5 per shade, I think it’s a good value. Fit well, look good

Ordered for a chandelier to provide an updated look. The packaging was adequate however upon opening and inspecting the shades, each one had a dent, miss aligned edging or some other defect. It appeared they were purchased second hand, yet were brand new. Tried to fix the imperfections but unable to make look decent. The clasp for placing over the bulb is white and easy to place on the bulb. The shades are a great linen look with a neutral white color and when places on the chandelier provide a nice light. If you can get them without all the imperfections they may be worth it, not buying again.

Ordered for the breakfast chandelier. They fit alright and looked nice until the light was turned on. Then all the clips could be seen thru the lamp shade. I will ask for return and try another brand.
