They worked with us and made it right. Very disappointed in this system. Unfortunately the first time we used it publicly, it was beyond the Amazon Return By date. The first time we used it 2 of the mics rattled with interference. When contacting the company, they would only talk to us if they had a video of it not working. After several attempts to upload the video we abandoned hope of working with Debra. We have tried many different configurations, only to have almost every mic fail.

We’ve used these for a few events where we had all mics on stage at once. Nearly flawless! One mic started going bad, real scratchy, but the customer service was great. I just had to say which frequency was causing problems and they sent us a replacement.

The sound quality was great but as soon as we had 200+ people in our space the mics crackled and nothing was great anymore. I wish I would have know this was going to happen because I would have returned them.

Works as advertised! No cutting out and long range for our church services. Definitely good for live entertainment.

I purchased the set for the church where I worship, the AV Department set them up on Friday evening for worship on Sabbath morning, but the very first day we were experiencing a noise from one of the handheld a two of the body ones like a fly keeps messing with them, very annoying.

Easy to use

First I think it's terrific to offer a mix of handheld mics and packs. I got the 4+4 model.Setup is simple and they work fine. These are an entry level set, and they are stand-alone - they may not work with other mics or even with other equipment such as projectors or DVD players. They're great for karaoke, small plays and productions, school, church, etc, if all you need is 8 mics. But it's not a professional set, for a variety of reasons. Even though you get 8, it's not for large productions. The issue isn't range, the range is fine. The main issues are relatively low sound quality, compatibility with other equipment, and lack of frequencies to switch to in case of interference.We're using in a small school, with little to no other equipment really, so it will work fine for us.
