Easy to take if swallowing pills is an issue. Nice taste with no aftertaste. 30 seconds and done. Great product.

I just start taking this vitamin. I must say the taste and scent is pleasant. I am waiting to see and feel the effect on my body overall.

Wish the dropper worked better. It doesn't suction correctly & get the correct amount of liquid for the dose. When you squirt it out, it can splatter the red liquid all over the place. The taste is good and it does seem to give me more energy. I would recommend this product.

This form of B12 and Folate is altered so that people with genetic disorders can actually absorb it!! So the fact that it isn’t ‘all natural’ is a GOOD THING. Also, it’s one of the few that isn’t flavored with something I’m allergic to. It has a slightly sweet taste. I don’t like having to hold it on my tounge, but you could feel the tingle of absorption within seconds! I felt good results the first day, my muscle twitches were decreased and I had a couple extra hours of energy. Hope it builds from there!

My ASD 6 yo son has no issue taking it at all. Language has improved a little, not sure if this is the reason though. Vitamin B gives him a strong appetite.
