When it arrived I thought the spring would be too strong. However after fitting it felt just right. Works well and is easy to fit.

it wont stop a door from blowing fully open if it's windy and the rubber on the bottom wears away quick because of that. other than that it's okay.

It does it's duty very well. Durable enough. Easy to install. I'm pleased with my purchase.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I ordered this item so I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived (very quickly).The springs are very powerful and hold the stop firm whether in the 'resting' position or in the 'stopping' position. One end of the tube is open to the elements and I initially thought it would act as a rain catch but of course when it isn't in use, the rubber foot faces upwards thus preventing ingress. Our gate catches the wind, even when calm, and quite often slams shut when left open whilst 'doing the bins'. So far the stopper has worked well, even in a strong wind so I would be happy to recommend it to anyone wanting a competitively priced product.

Looks good and sturdy and probably will do the job I want it for fine. However, first I have to go out and buy 4 screws of the right size. It doesn't actually say it comes with screws, but not to include them when they only cost pennies seems pretty mean.

Easy to fit & does what it says; keep the garage door from swinging in the wind.

This is great, took me longer to get the tools out than it did to install it. It's on the door of the summerhouse to hold the door partially open when breezy. It works perfectly and the springs are not too heavy, so it's easy to pull down. I sprayed mine blue to be closer to the door frame colour.
