Decent
I use this to keep my guitar on display, it's nice just a bit big. I originally had a wall mounted support to display my guitar but since moving i've been using it again, it is sturdy and has never fallen over. It even has a cute little clip to hold the guitar in place.

Fit for purpose, excellent value
Delivered very quickly.Easy to assemble in two mins, no tools required. The two bottom supports that the guitar sits on are free to rotate so can accept any style of guitar.Sturdy enough to accommodate a full size (34") P-bass.If you site it in a corridor, next to your dog's bed, or near the kids' toy boxes than it is likely to get knocked over!!!Site it somewhere out of the way (you would, wouldn't you) and it is ideal.Would buy again.

A simple but effective design
This holds my Ibanez SR505 bass perfectly. The stand is ideal for use at home; it fits neatly and securely into the corner of the room, next to the family piano. This guitar stand worked so well that I purchased an identical second stand soon after for my other bass (a Peavey Cirrus 4 BXP) but the second stand I purchased from another site as they were beating Amazon's price. Both stands are identical and both work brilliantly. I wish I had purchased this sort of stand years ago.

Excellent for home use, wouldn't use it for gigging
It's worth the £15 but it's very light weight and as some other reviewers have noted the back leg is very short so a slight knock could send it all crashing backwards. For home use it's great, the short leg means it doesn't take up too much space. The foam covers everything needed and there is no risk of your instrument coming into contact with metal. The bottom fork rest swivels easily which was essential for me as I have fender offsets (Jazzmasters) and a Gibson firebird which has the offset the other way so a fixed rest is no good.

Great value stand!
Not sure how to answer the ‘thickness’ rating, but this is a great guitar stand. Notably, the body cradle pivots, meaning that my offset guitars (Gibson Firebird and Fender Jazzmaster) are held securely. Importantly, the stand does not appear to react with nitrocellulose finishes.Highly recommended.

Great stand at a low price.
Excellent stand for home use. With a shorterback stay the instrument can be close to a wall. It's well designed and very stable!

Okay for home use
Not the sturdiest bit of kit but good enough for home use where I have it in the corner of my office out of the way where I can’t accidentally knock into it. The arms at the base don’t lock into place but swivel loosely which has cost it a star. Having said that, it does its job and was cheap so not complaining. If I was to buy another though, I’d seek one where the bottom arms fix and remain static.
