Very simple device but so effective. Great warming affect that loosens mucus and helps you breath easier. The crystals are very strong so I would recommend using sparingly.

i suffer with nasal problems and found this much easier to use than a head over a bowl that a towel. good value for money comes with some menthol crystals use sparingly as very strong. Easy to use and clean very effective

Good item sturdy lightweight easy to use

A much better, more efficient way of inhaling than sticking your tea towel-covered head over a bowl of hot water. The menthol crystals are potent and effective - you don’t need to use many to get a good result so be warned – things can get a bit unbearable if you're too liberal with them. Note that the crystals come in a small pouch and not a tub. The nasal stick is a nice addition.The flexible part that goes over your face can arrive a bit misshapen but I found a bit of heat like hot water can soon straighten it out.

Crystals are strong, although its a small packet, not the tub as pictured."double wall insulated" - the "insulated" walls are open at the base, so any insulative effect is cancelled.The mask is too small for my face (>6ft male) but would likely be okay for small women and children. It is also deformed, but the material is flexible, so not the end of the world.Its holds hot water without burning you, and provides a way to breathe the steam & Fumes. but for me, I'd be as well off using the crystals in a mug.

Does the job. Do not use too many crystals, one is enough for me. It definitely clears the airways

I’ve had chronic sinusitis for over 10 years. Due surgery in 3 weeks. Currently my sinuses are in a very bad way so I’ve been buying everything as I’m desperate for some relief. Bought this product few days ago. Used once and I have to say it’s decent and it cleared one of my nostrils straight away. So far so good. Obviously not a fix but it’s defo gonna help until surgery. Be careful with the crystals though because jeez they are strong lol just put a bit of dust in from a crystal, honestly just a very small amount like a salt amount in it otherwise it will blow your head off and burn your eyes like it did me lol. But yeah decent product tbf and worth a buy. Should bring some relief.

Please don't waste your money on this rubbish item, it's basically a plastic container printed from China with a rubber plastichy mould to fit your nose.You basically have to just pour hot water inside and bit of the crystals that they gave you in the small pack and inhale the steam that comes from it.Crystals are super strong, you only have to put a tidy bit in, otherwise you won't be able to inhale due to the strength of the menthol crystals.You don't need to spend £8-9 pounds to do the same yourself with a Mug with hot water and some Olbas essential oil.What a garbage purchase, my bad.Super nice pictures and other people review can be deceiving for sure.Stay away from it and keep your money 💰 in your pocket
