Ordered the stand mixer as a present for my mum. She has been talking about getting a stand mixer for years but never did. At first I was a bit skeptical to order something like this off the internet but decided to give it a go. It took me a while to get her feedback as I wanted to wait until all the functions of the stand mixer have been tested.Delivery and boxing: It took about a week for the mixer to arrive. It was well packed in a thick cardboard box that didn't indicate what is inside. Bare in mind that he mixer and all the parts that come with it are quite heavy (over 10 kg) so be mindful when lifting the box.First impressions: The first impression after unboxing the stand mixer was that it looks and feels sturdy. I was surprised how many parts and pieces were in the box, the main mixing bowl dough hook, stirring hook, whisk, a plastic splash protection lid, blender jug with lid and measuring cup, meat grinder attachment, meat grinder funnel, pasta attachments, sausage pipe with sausage holder and sausage disc.Use: We tested the mixer a few days after the delivery, tried out the dough making function of the stand mixer. It was easy to assemble all the parts, operating the mixer is as simple as turning the dial to the desired level. The size of the mixing bowl is great for household use, once you get over the noise the mixer is doing a great job. Cleaning was surprisingly easy too. Despite the great job with the dough I was skeptical about the meet grinding capability of the stand mixer. So we decided to try this as well. Again assembly was quite easy once you find the parts you need and operating the meet grinder is again just turning the speed up to the desired level. The meet grinder didn't seem to struggle at all mincing the meat, the cleaning was again nice and easy. The experience of making a smoothie with the jug on top was also this simple and easy. We haven't tied making pasta yet.PROs:- Easy to use.- Easy to clean.- Has many functionalities combined into one appliance.- Performs well with tough jobs like mincing meat, crushing ice etc.- Looks and feels great.- Comes with all the parts in the box rather than having to purchase thees separate- Good value for money.CONs:- It is noisy.- Quite big and takes a significant amount of space on the kitchen counter.- The cable is really short (probably less than a meter) so you have to be right next to the power socket.Overall, I believe this stand mixer is a good value for money and would recommend it to everyone looking for an upgrade. We have been using the mixer for over a year now and it has not failed us yet.

So far this food processor has been fantastic. It looks great, works very efficiently, and does everything I need it for. Much better than my old one (now defunct) which was very plasticky & had loads of attachments I never used. So glad I chose this :)

Good value for money, lots of accessories, however my big problem is that the food processor (apparently) can not be taken apart for cleaning, I have written several emails to the experts and they say that the jar base no. 4, the sealing ring no. 5 and blade base no. 6 are not removable from the glass jar, even though the Product Description booklet shows them as completely separate.

Extremely well made solid mixer + other facilities

Used twice, operates good, but I have a doubt about the built quality since knob came off right after I have taken it out of the box ( first photo). I would also like to mention that it is very hard to clean the connection soket where meat grinderattachment connects into a main unit ( 2nd photo), which causes very bad smell over time if not cleaned properly.

I used it to mixing the dough and making mince

The only slight niggle is that you are seemingly unable to dis-assemble the blender from it's base which would make cleaning it an awful lot easier. Other than that , this is great value for money, and unlike the last one I had which was shut away in a cupboard,I am happy to have this on our worktop.

After using it the second time the arm for cake mixing broke off and wedge inside the machine. The other two hooks had a metal attachement but this hook is plastic. I only used it for batter. They refused to give a refund and replaced it. Took a long time I missed a window of time to make cakes for charity. If this happens again because of a very poor design I will not be happy. Terrible people to deal with. Don't buy from them!!!!!

Je ne comprend pas les commentaires qui dénigrent cet article en disant qu'il est trop bruyant, j 'en possédait un d'une autre marque qui l'était beaucoup plus.Il est bien stable quand on le fait aller même fort .Beau design et bon rapport qualité prix.

Tout fonctionne bien, mais trop bruillant, car quant vous utiliser le batteur le moteur du mixeur tourne également.
