The media could not be loaded. So I have to say that my Cincom Massager came super fast like the next day! Anyways,I have bad hand pain from where I work construction everyday. My hands swell in the mornings, hard for me to open up bottles first thing in the mornings, general pain all day. I’ve been using this for the last 3 days 2 times a day. Once after I get home from work, then before I go to bed and I have been able to tell a very substantial difference In The function of my hands.It has 3 modes white for a lighter pressure and heat, pink for moderate, and blue for heavy pressure. I let it run the full 20 minute session on each hand. I can feel where the air bags pushing my pressure points and love how this gets my whole hand and all my fingers. I’ve been wanting to get one of these ever since they have came out and I finally was able to get this one and I can’t be more happy with the results. It’s so so relaxing and it helps relive the pain almost immediately. It comes with a pamphlet which you should read so you know how to operate and get the full use out the features it offers. It’s worth the $70 I feel like, I love this machine and it’s helped me so much already! My next purchase will be the pressure cuffs for my legs! Get this if you have arthritis, hand pain, or just in general it makes a big difference for me and I know it will for you!FYI:: don’t wear jewelry when using this could hurt yourself or damage the air bags.

Very easy to set up, and battery charges very quickly. It provides mild and strong massaging or several more levels to choose from. The heat is moderate and it can be used with or without it. The strongest mode is tighter if you have heavy hands, it's made with really high quality materials and i hope it will last longer, so far so good.

I’m enjoying using this compact Hand Massager. I’ve never used anything like this and didn’t know what to expect. It’s very soothing and makes my hands feel “alive” after a long day! I like the various modes and customizable settings. I’m excited to see all the different applications of use! I also appreciate that it’s quiet and holds a charge for a long time.

I bought this for my dad's hand cramps, but sadly it can't be used with a pacemaker. I tried it out and loved it! After 2 sessions my "cell phone" thumb didn't hurt anymore. It's a VERY warm and relaxing massage, but I couldn't justify paying more than $35 or $40 so I had to return it.

The combo of kneading and air pressure feels pretty nice, kinda like a mini spa treatment. Having different modes and intensities is handy, lets you customize the massage to your liking. That heat function is a nice touch, especially on chilly days. The cordless design is great, can use it while watching TV without getting tangled up. Now for the slightly less relaxing bits - while it’s feature-packed, the touch screen can be a bit finicky, took some practice to get the hang of it. It’s a bit bulky, not something youd easily toss in a bag for on-the-go use. The battery life is decent but not amazing, might need frequent charging if you use it a lot. The noise level is okay but not whisper-quiet, might be distracting if youre trying to relax. If youre looking for a way to give your hands some TLC at home, this gadget could be worth a shot. It’s been nice for unwinding after long days of typing or gardening. Great for anyone who uses their hands a lot. While it might not replace a real massage, its definitely added some relaxation to my evening routine. As an engineer both mechanic and electric, my hands are always on the move and stated developing carpal tunnel problems on both. Purchasing this priduct is the best decision I've made, with perfect intensity and the warm feelinh that goes with it, it feels nothing but great! I can feel the tension relief right after and feels like I can put my hands to work again. I use this everyday on both hands while watching movie. What I love anout this the most is that it's portable. So while my hand is being massaged, I can still work around the house while the other hand is in the massager. I recommend this 200%!

Delivery was prompt. This hand massager is not for me, it could be that I am used to getting wonderful hand massages when I get my nails done. My hands ache once in a while the heat function helped with that but I was not impressed with the massager , seemed to massage palms more so than fingers, I was expecting full finger massage.

This is an excellent hand massager. I have arthritic fingers and the heat and massaging modes keep my hands from freezing up after outside activities, like raking leaves, shoveling snow (here in Boston). Also after hours on the computer and a real finger workout it comes in very handy (so to speak). One caveat: my thumbs need special care, so it is important to choose the correct settings, for me that is the lowest intensity and soothing modes (there are three settings for intensity and mode, two settings for heat). It's highly recommended.
