I read about bone broth helping those that have stomach issues. In the past I would have stomach discomfort several times a month from different foods. I’ve been using this for about 3 months now and have had only one episode and it was a mild one. It really makes a difference in my life. In the beginning I used twice a week but now only once a week. The side benefits of amazing nail strength has been a really nice bonus.I found it does have a unique taste so putting it in tea or similar didn’t work for me. I mix mine into chicken noodle condensed soup. I’ve always like that soup and wanted something fairly low carb as I tend to eat lower carb lifestyle. It works great for me.

It is a protein that has a beef flavor, I add it to soups or salty preparations and it tastes very good, it is not thick like conventional protein and it dilutes quickly.

This is an excellent high quality food that will help you rebuild sore or injured soft tissue/muscles/tendons, etc because of the protein, amino acids and collagen. This is not cheap but it's good medicine for your health! I had a lower back injury of the soft tissues which the back doctors wanted to inject me with cortisone. I preferred not to have a needle stuck in near my spine so along with physical therapy, ice and rest this bone broth help me rebuild my strength and use of my lower back just fine. And I'm 75 years old, very fit and active so my daily routine is having a serving of this to start my day with some chicken bullion mixed in for flavor, some soy sauce, a little hot sauce and croutons to jazz it up. It satifies my appetite to where I crave less food as the day goes on.

This is not unflavored!! It has a hint of bone broth so you can’t drink it plain because it’s not enough flavor and you can’t add it to water tea or juice because you can smell and taste the flavor. I could see adding it to your bowl of soup, noodles or chili. It doesn’t dissolve well in cold liquids. I’m sticking to liquid bone broth.

Even though it is unflavored it has a flavor and it's nasty. If I put it in a large pot of soup or stew it's just fine. I bought it to put in my protein shakes and it's just awful.

This has a VERY strong, savory/meaty smell and taste.Definitely be careful what you add this to, it will most certainly change the flavor.Takes a bit to dissolve, but does not have a powdery or gritty feeling or anything.
