Worked great in a Honda Element. I thought my engine was going to blow up before but it was just the seized tensioner chattering. Not sure how long the bearings will last but happy for now.

Low quality metal. The item stripped when I started to relieve tension so I could place my serpentine belt on. Do not purchase this item.

2010 CRV tensioner fit and works fine only issue as others stated the bolt that holds the pully on is not like OEM that bolt has a bigger head and sticks out further so you can get at it with a box wrench or crows foot attached to tensioner tool. There is limited space so socket and wrench not possible. The correct bolt cany be purchased from Honda dealer or Tractor Supply so you could technically do that and change it out. I was replacing tensioner so had my passenger side motor mount off so i had no issur using a socket and ratchet. There are youtu.be video's that show motor mount removal not to difficult. If you're not going to do that I would highly recommend getting the bolt from the Honda dealer and replacing the bolt on the pulley because you are going to have issues if you don't go that route.

I buy this item for my 2005 CM4 HONDA ACCORD and I fits perfectly the only thing different to my original is the the bolt on the on the tensioner is not a 14mm it's a little bigger
