VINGLI10-Frame Bee Hive, Wax Coated Beehive Starter Kit with Frames & Beeswax Coated Foundation Sheets (3 Layer)

This Bee Hive was wonderfully machined and each part fitted perfect. The frames were so tight that I didn't need glue, just a Pin Nailer. The boxes, all three, tongue and groove joints were precise and just needed a few taps with a rubber hammer to seat flush. I added a pin nail to them as well. The instructions were excellent but would have been easy without them. I highly recommend them and I'm working on growing my beehive business to 10 to 20 beehives in the next year. It took a friend and I about two hours to put it together but the next time I expect to be able to do it myself in about two hours.

I goofed up a bit putting this together, but it came out gorgeous. I am particularly impressed that it is coated in beeswax. It is very solid and strongly constructed.

The wood occasionally splits when setting screws, even after pilot drill and coutersink.

I ordered 4 of these - received and very happy with them - easy to put together -one of the boxes was damaged and after sending pictures a replacement was sent with no issues-Thanks again

The beehives are extremely hard to put together and do not have enough wax coating on them I had to beat the boxes together

All the joints are filled with wax I really had to pound all the joints in with a rubber mallet to make them fit. The box boards split slightly and broke one. I kind of glued and nailed them back together. I'm hoping it will be ok. I had a nail gun so it was pretty easy but if you were trying to screw them together. I bet you would have to pre drill every joint or they will split. I bought another give it was a lot better quality should have gotten another of that one.

Very well cut, easy to build. One minor issue, there was a cut made on a knot that cause one interlocking end to break off, but it did not ruin it. All in all this was a nice and easy put it together project with a hopefully soon to be sweet outcome.
