It really works.
This is a replacement for one bought two years ago that is due to run out. They are strangely effective and definitely take the itch out of insect bites. It's a bit alarming at first, the click is quite loud and you do feel that you are doing something "wrong" to yourself, because it stings a bit, but once you are accustomed to it you will be zapping away. I used to get mosquito bites where the redness and swelling was about 10cm across, and if it was near a joint I could hardly move for the swelling and stiffness. When I use the Zap-it the bites don't get nearly so bad, just a bit of itch and swelling close to the bite and if I get it soon enough they hardly swell at all and are gone in a couple of days, instead of weeks.

ammonia sticks and so on but no joy. I was looking for something different to try ...
I always get bitten (mosquitoes, horseflys, ants, you name it) and the bites always get inflammed and hang around for days and i often end up making a right mess scratching just to get some relief. I've tried all the messy creams, ammonia sticks and so on but no joy.I was looking for something different to try and thought, for the price, this must be worth a go. It is brilliant. When it arrived I had three mossie bites that were 24hours old and a lingering ant bite. I just applied the zapper every time they started itching, so 3-4 times each over the course of one evening, and within a few hours they'd stopped bothering me. The following morning the redness was almost completely gone along with the inflammation and the itching. I wish I'd discovered this years ago.

Very effective at stopping itch and reducing swelling
This is a God send. Don't usually get bite but this year I'm suffering with those pesky bugs and boy have I been suffering! After being bite 35 times recently and ending up with huge itchy bites that turned bad after scratching, I decided to give this ago. So far I had a small bite on leg and a big one on foot. Gave the small bite 5 zaps with this little tool and the bite disappeared. Zapped the big bite several times for it to work but stopped the itching in its tracks, fast. Bite is still visable but reduced in size and several hours later still no itching.

It really does the job!
Excellent product, easy to use and works really well, take it everywhere with me after a summer of many many bites.

total waste of money
Firstly, this is supposed to mask itching by giving a small electric shock, it does not, and cannot, reduce the inflammation or infection of the bite in any way. That is what it says on the packaging.Bought it because a friend was raving about them, but for me it didn't do anything. Have tried it now on several bites and it does absolutely nothing. Complete waste of time would return but it isn't worth the effort.

Really easy to use and effective
I’ve used these for a while. Can feel weird if the location of your bite is close to a nerve, but I find this to be more effective than creams and wipes I’ve bought in the past

Very useful and it works !
This device is interesting. We bought after a recommendation from a friend. You have to zap yourself with the device 5 times on the bite. Firstly, you have to get your head around the fact you are going to zap yourself, which is quite funny. It feels strange but does not hurt as such. We found if you zapped soon after being bitten the recommended 5 times, the bite would feel less itchy and you forgot about it. After a day the bite / hive would reduce and disappear. If you left it a little longer then it was slightly less effective and you might need to zap again later. Over all a very useful device and avoids having to use chemicals. We now bring it everywhere and it sits in a kitchen drawer to be used when ever required.
