Excellent solution
This product does exactly what you need it to do. It installed effortlessly over the jack of my K&K pure mini, allowing me to relocate the strap pin, (which is perfect to receive a Schaller strap lock) and letting the strap actually fit easily on the pin. 100% recommend.

Doesn’t fit a 2014 Gibson hummingbird
This is a really well made piece, but it sadly doesn’t fit my hummingbird. That was my fault for not checking the threads first

For Taylor guitars
Bought this for my Taylor 214 so I can use my Schaller strap lok. It worked perfect however I had to slightly sand part of the adapter so it can spin freely. If you purchase, you will understand what I am talking about. Overall I am happy with this purchase and recommend if using Schaller strap loks

Fits my Tarlor 12 string perfectly
I knew that Nomad worked out the fit and attachment to the battery box button (which is excellent) , but unknown was, if installed, it still fit into the case. Yes it does. My case has a notch-out at the bottom of the guitar to allow for the battery box button, and it now accommodates the Nomad. Update. After seeing a photo of this actually being heavily used, it caused circular gouge in the guitar body. So I added a small thin circular felt piece to the back of the Nomad. Makes it a bit tight but better than damage to guitar body.. 5 star rating remains.

Quality Convenience
I was frustrated trying to squeeze my regular guitar straps (no strap locks) over the output jack nob on the bottom of the guitar. It made it to where I could not add on a simple rubber "strap lock" and let to the guitar dropping on a few occasions (luckily no damage). Following the instructional videos they have for the brand, I was able to get the right angle on my Seagull guitar (Canadian brand). Seems quality as well.

Great
The talor strap nub around the jack is awful. Getting straps on and off is impossible or difficult, and you need to to change the battery. This allows you to just rotate the nub out of the way.I did try a different strap lock nub, it didn't work out well, the screw was the wrong size for the one i tried. But, i decided just to connect my strap to the nub. If i do get locks, it'll just be the one that matches the nub on this product. Schaller, that's it! 🤣

Dunlop Straplok on 3-screw jack acoustic guitar!
I only trust guitar straps that have some form of strap lock, and I use Dunlop Straploks on my solid body guitars. Doing the modification on this Acousti-Lok 3-screw seemed like the best option to get a secure strap on my Takamine P2-DC.The modification isn't too intimidating - it just involves the pin screw. This screw need to be shorter and the head diameter needs to be a bit narrower to fit in the Dunlop Straplok pin.To make the job easier and neater, I used a few extra tools: cordless drill, hacksaw and metal file. By spinning the screw against the file with the drill, the diameter can be trimmed pretty quick. Also, turning the screw against a hacksaw blade cut the length down pretty easily and neatly (used a 6-32 nut as a cut guide). There is a small gap where the guitar body curves next to the jack that leaves some room for the pin screw to protrude past Acousti-Lok a small amount. The whole screw mod only took me about 15 min.Installing the Acousti-Lok plate on the guitar with the 3-screw jack is a little extra work, as the jack has to be removed and the cord unplugged from the guitar preamp. On the Takamine, this wasn't difficult, as all the cabling is pretty straightforward to reach through the sound hole. I loosened the strings, but doing this install with the strings off would make it easier.I'm happy with the end result. For a bit of time spent, I have a strap lock system that is secure, easy to use, and looks clean!
