Its good value for money but not made to the measurement
I purchased this after lot of research on the type and measurement, however, seems like the product is not built to the measurement and is little wider that the advertised size. This prevents it to from having a snuggly fit resulting in the partial lock. I would not recommend taking risk with this product. The seller could not help in resolving this issue, but accepted the issue with the product and asked to return the product as it does not fit properly.Also, installing was difficult due to the defective dimension of the product and had to force it to fit the existing hole.

Replaced Pella handle
This was the second handle that I purchased. The first from a different manufacturer for some unknown reason didn't have the latch handle in the center. The Sankins did engineer the door handle so you could put the latch handle almost anywhere! The Sankins also came with different sized screws for different door thickness. The holes lined up well with my door so it was installed in a matter of minutes. I think the hole is size 8/32 -- the bottom hole seemed a little big so the provided size screw spun a lot. I bought 10/24 sized screw and it fit perfectly.

Repair vs replace is always a challenge in our inefficient, disposable society.
The damaged hardware being replaced did not work well either. This replacement will require some modifications. In spite of required modifications, the replacement is visually identical to the original.
